On the way from Chania to Rethymno we made a two-day stop in Georgioupoli. Nice little town with a great beach. We liked the Plaza Suites right on the main square. The apartment was well equipped. A fly/mosquito net on the balcony door would have been a great advantage.

We stayed for a week in this apartment located in the village square of Georgioupoli. Beautiful accommodation with all the necessary (fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc...). Good bedding for us. The apartment also has a safe, air conditioning and an equipped terrace overlooking the village square. Cleaning is done every day with the change of towels. Beach towels are also available. Free parking is located about 20 meters away and the beach is about 10 minutes away on foot. In the surroundings are many restaurants, shops and mini market. To recommend without hesitation.
