The hotel took great care of its guests. Two guest representatives take care of all the guests' needs and were very accommodating and provided us with a lot of information. We booked an elegant double room on the ground floor, and it was very clean and functionally furnished. Unfortunately, it wasn't very quiet due to the street directly in front of it. The room often smelled like a drain and was somehow musty. Unfortunately, the service in the Ophelia restaurant was sometimes really bad. Some employees seemed annoyed and unfriendly. There were often long waiting times before you could even place an order. The serving of the food was rushed and impersonal. The quality of the food was okay but not above average. The sauna and fitness area is well equipped and very clean. The path to the beach is short and there are enough hotel beach loungers. The location is also ideal for taking trips to the region.

I always feel that it’s weird that people state that the staff are friendly when reviewing hotels or restaurants as you would expect that in the hospitality industry for that to be a given, but I suppose a lot of Brits are not used to this approach but this place is something different, as the mix of the Greek culture coupled with superb recruitment across the different roles was exceptional and just natural!! We were all inclusive which was the best decision we made having normally booked B&B for most our foreign excursions. The quality of the food and service from ten buffet to the 3 alla carte options was exceptional, and the fact you could use the Princess rooftop bar, Corissia Park ensured lots of great options. Premium drinks including the exceptional cocktails and wine provided a level of exclusivity you really want on a top class holiday. Plenty of sun beds and my favourite the bean bag chairs by the pool and on the beach were great. Ordering food and drinks to your Sun-bed on the beach was lovely. Entertainment was good fun! The area is beautiful, a traditional Greek village full of tavernas and shops. If you want Irish bars, English breakfast and Chinese or Indian restaurants, go elsewhere! This is Crete!!! And we loved that! Best all inclusive we have dine, probably the best hotel. Check out my pics for a feel of it!

From the moment we arrived for our 10 day holiday to we left, we had the best time. Hotel is perfectly placed just a few steps to the super clean beach with great loungers (never had a problem with finding one) and a short walk to the square with shops and restaurants. Very cool designed hotel and so clean. We were going to book a private pool room but glad we didn't as we were hardly ever in our room apart from sleeping. We used all the restaurants and bars and can say they were all fantastic with great food, wine and service. Nicos is a legend at the H20 bar, just makes cocktails on the spot depending on what you feel like. We loved the beach with its drink and food service and always with a big smile, thanks Kostatina, you always kept us hydrated. We used the two sister hotels facilities and loved the beach restaurant, can highly recommend the shrimps and baked feta pasta and also a Rose wine with a number 2 on bottle. Every member of their staff we came across were truly happy, helpful and so professional with nothing too much trouble. We took a bus to Reythamno which was stunning for the evening and watched one of the best sunsets ever. Also went Loutro, via a coach then ferry for the day; absolute paradise!!! We will return, thank you for making our holiday one to remember xx

We have just enjoyed a week at Harmony Boutique with two 16 year olds from UK. What an absolutely fantastic experience. We enjoyed every aspect of our holiday. We arrived in the very early hours and were presented with a lovely hamper with a sandwich, drink and fruit (and a bottle of complementary wine in our rooms). We were also given a complimentary upgrade to a delux double which was a lovely touch. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Lovely to have fresh water brought every day and daily room service was very clean and tidy. We were B&B originally but upgraded to HB as it was only around £230 extra for the week so felt it would be worthwhile. We ate in every restaurant during our stay. The buffet food was fresh and tasty. Lots of German inspired foods as lots of guests are German. We enjoyed eating in Armonia on the beach front especially. We very much appreciated the beach loungers which had a variety of beds to suit your taste. Lovely clean beach and no fighting for beds which made a refreshing change! It’s an adult only hotel which meant it was very chilled and quiet which we enjoyed. Lovely to have service on the beach direct to your umbrella. The sea is beautiful and very safe for swimming as it’s quite shallow for a long way. We enjoyed snorkelling as there were lots of fish to see. We took a land train to Kuornas lake which was fun and very reasonable. Not many sun loungers at the lake but we had been a bit spoilt at our resort! We enjoyed the roof terrace bar near to our hotel I think it was above Princes hotel. Our teenagers especially liked the aesthetic appeal of this bar and the views at night. Hotel entertainment was very good and we enjoyed many cocktails watching them of an evening. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to enjoy a day at the water park. It cost us 65 euros each way but was well worth it and our teenagers enjoy it a lot. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely to get a hamper with olive oil and water on our departure day. I looked at hundreds of hotels for our holiday and this one stuck out to me due to the glowing reviews and I was not at all disappointed. It lived up to its reputation and I would highly recommend it. The location of the hotel is wonderful and everything is on your doorstep. I didn’t worry about our teenagers being out and about on their own and felt totally safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay Harmony Boutique.

Good, but not perfect... First the positives - lovely location, right on the beach, with private sunbeds, plus a couple of nice pools, nice to walk the town of an evening, and you can use facilities in other hotels in the chain, like the Corissia Park and Princess. Staff are nearly all super helpful and friendly, especially waiting and bar staff, they certainly try and create a 5* experience. However, there's a couple of things worth noting - there are 4 restaurants (we stayed Half board) 3 you can use for brekfast, 2 a la carte and a buffet, all fine. For dinner, you can go to the buffet (OK, but shared with Corrisia Park next door) or 1 A La Carte (very nice food) but the other 2 you have to pay for (they are discounted) Well in advance, by email, we did ask for a sea view room, and were willing to pay, as it was our Anniversary, it was agreed they would do this if available - all fair enough. On arrival, we were shown to a normal deluxe room, no sea view - OK, we had agreed only if one was free, but no explanation, no comment, except hotel was full. Room we had was very nice, but it felt as if they hadn't bothered or tried very hard, I mean, someone was in those rooms, and we'd said we'd pay ! To their credit they did move us to a pool side room part way through the week - same room, but right in the very nice pool. They sort of tried but the lack of attention to detail and care did leave us a little disappointed.

We recently stayed at Harmony Boutique and really enjoyed our time there. We booked a private pool room and it was definitely worth it. Having our own pool made the stay feel extra comfortable and private. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was also very good, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax and I’d recommend it to anyone, especially if you’re considering the private pool room. We’d book it again.

Arrived late, and escorted to room 4112 with a buggy ride.Room well appointed, No view to speak off, from private pool but sun situated till 1.pm.corissa beach meals as good and varied.The Ophelia restaurant breakfast service was good by the plentiful staff and the five course meal in the evening was of refined value.The friendly atmosphere throughout and attentive staff( margarita,Angela), helped the meals flow.The Massage couples experience was not the best for us (160 euro), Thanks to Mr Vissali for the buggy ride to Poseidon Fish Tarvern which is a must for seafood afficiados. Plentiful places to take in the rays and have refreshments. Thanks to all , we will recommend friends to visit.

Flawless! Absolutely amazing experience at the hotel and a very memorable experience throughout as we had a special memory created at the hotel (Engaged). Danny was exceptional from start to finish throughout this experience and throughout the whole holiday. Everyone was fantastic and I've already been recommending this hotel to friends and family. We recently stayed at the Harmony Boutique hotel for one week with all inclusive and a private pool, and had the greatest time! We were warmly welcomed by the reception team (special mention to Tanja) who were so kind and helpful from the very beginning of our stay to the check out stage. The views are exceptional, stunning beach 2-minute walk from the hotel (if that)! Beautiful beach, very clear water and soft sands. It is also essential to mention the fabulous choice of restaurants for the day time or evenings, although lunch options are a bit more limited and could be improved. We especially enjoyed the Autograph dining experience and Armonia (unforgettable, but not included in all inclusive), which was very tasty with Mexican and Asian nights. Nothing is ever too much from the staff, (special mention toStavros), who was especially kind and generous in his approach. Ophelia was also lovely, the kitchen staff work above and beyond to deliver a great food guarantee for guests to enjoy! We were a little underwhelmed by the buffet service,however. For lunch, the pool bar was divine! The menu was amazing and offered an endless array of cuisine! All inclusive is certainly something to consider! Special mention to fresh cis of the day and the jumbo prawns 👌 We were a little disappointed with the spa facilities. We felt that it could’ve offered so much more, such as a more proactive effort to involve tourists. We used the jacuzzi - but no one around to promote the spa and a new employee did not know how to make appointments. Such a shame as the hand massage by the pool was divine! We will be back - everywhere very clean and staff so friendly
