Good room for the price. Pretty clean, bed nice, staff was nice. Complaints: window needs curtains to help block sun out bc there was lots of light coming in the morning with just the shade & no blanket or pillows for pull out couch. Front desk did give me a blanket and another blanket for a pillow bc they were out. Lol. I asked if they had empty rooms & if i could get pillow from there and they said not allowed to do that.

Staff were very nice. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Property was clean and in a convenient location. The beds aren’t the best, but they aren’t bad for a night or two.

Room was clean, pool was freezing cold. We couldn’t even stand to be in there for a minute. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY HAVE BED BUGS. I did not stay as planned due to the hotel having bed bugs. I was also denied a refund. The hotel was dirty and smelled like a cat litter box. I tried to work with the staff but each room had an issue. The final issue was bed bugs. I pulled the sheet back and a bed bug was walking where my head would go. Horrible location. Poor management.

When we checked in, we were told the elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. When I balked because of our age and bad knee, Ashley only chuckled. I assumed there were no rooms available on the first floor, since she didn't offer. We combined suitcases and accessories and made it to the top. That evening as we were returning from dinner and asked if the elevator was fixed, the fire alarm went off and we were outside for about a half hour. Next morning, when I was checking out and mentioned the elevator and our location and age, Dorothy said we could always request a room on a lower floor! Not happy. And btw, TERRIBLE coffee! Won't stay at a Baymont again.

Pool was very cold for my toddler to swim asked front desk multiple days to turn the water heater on no action was taken 😞

hotel room was dirty, items broken. Window blind cover fell down middle of night near a crib. was told pool would be open in morning only to find out they had no idea when it would be open. Staff employees smoking near front entrance. Hotel seems poorly run and unprofessional staff
