First for the good. We were greeted nicely when we checked in. The lobby and pool area were updated and looked really good. The parking lot and general area was also good. A Fazolis was right across the parking lot and a steakhouse just down the street. The not so good. Our room was clean but really needed some attention. The tub surround had two large cracks in it. The tub and sink drained slowly and there was a loose floor tile. The tv remote was one of the worst I have ever used. Maybe we just couldn’t figure it out but it didn’t have a menu button. Had to turn the power off and back on the see menu and then it would continuously scroll up. Idk, definitely was frustrating. Overall our stay was ok but not up to the Hampton Inn standard that we’re used to.

Sparkling clean. Jennifer and Teresa, the second shift front desk clerks, were the bomb diggity.❤️ The location is within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Our kids loved the swimming pool. Things I wasn't crazy about: the bed, crowded breakfast area, loud guests (slamming doors at 5am!), grouchy front desk attendant (morning), cards being deactivated and lights turned off on us in the pool area BEFORE our checkout time.

Nice & clean! Comfortable bed! Fluffy pillows! Reasonably priced! We were very comfortable coming and going. Was a great base place for going to see the Ark and Creation Museum. What problems we had (toilet seat was loose) they took care of right away. Very pleasant people!

Very Friendly and welcoming staff. There was a bus load that arrived at the same time as we did, but the staff focused specifically on our individual check in and needs. Good breakfast and very well attended. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Quiet and comfortable room and accommodations. Would recommend to anyone.

Need to improve breakfast with protein (eggs, sausage, beacon, pork) instead of only having carbs and sugar (waffles, cereal). The room and bathroom was clean, they provide a good amount of shampoo, conditioner and body soap (big bottles, not travel sizes). They provide enough towels and pillows. The bed is more squishy that i would like, wish it was more firm, but for one day it’s all good. Safe area, nice guests, and newer building. 9/10.
