This was a very clean, neat and tidy hotel . It was in the prefect location for us as it was situated approx 10mins from first arena and less than five for the second complex. It is central in Georgetown and all kinds of shopping and restaurants around it .

Due to an error in navigation and positioning, I mistakenly booked the hotel. I soon found out and informed the platform to contact the hotel to cancel the reservation. The platform negotiated with the hotel twice, but the hotel firmly refused to cancel the reservation and was very disappointed with the hotel's actions. Maybe the hotel is doing things according to the regulations, but the hotel should be very clear that it is the customer's operational error. The hotel insists on refusing to cancel the subscription, causing financial losses to the customer. It really cannot be considered an honest operation. In addition, it lacks goodwill and violates the fair business spirit. It is really not advisable. .
