Quite impressed with the service and what is inside the hotel. The room came with an afternoon tea break which never expected to have.

The hotel location is great and near to many famous street and market, walking distance to many place。 Staff are friendly and hotel is clean, high tea provided and is quite nice. we book 5 room in total, one of the room check in 2 days later, but sad to say that near to kitchen, and is quite noise in the very early morning when the hotel prepare the breakfast. Hope hotel can consider this and do something to avoid frustration.

The room that specially designed. Also is my first hotel that provides ceiling fans on top of air conditioner, allowing customer to switch based on their preferences.
Strategic location, stone throw distancr to penang chendul.
Staffs are friendly.
