This hotel is situated next to St.Giles and it has eateries within walking distance. Comfortable beddings and basic amenities available. Celebrated my hubby’s birthday. Thanks to the staff for preparing a slice of cake and a card for him! So sweet of you guys! ❤️ Staff are friendly and approachable. Keep it up!

First of all, a big thank you to Mr. Vickneswaran from the security team for his warm guidance and assistance from the moment we entered the auto parking system. He was incredibly helpful in showing us where to go and made us feel very welcomed right from the start.
To my surprise, one of the staff members even shared a piece of cake and wished us a wonderful honeymoon vacation—such a thoughtful gesture! (I was so touched, I forgot to ask for the staff’s name.) Moments like these really made our stay memorable.
Overall, the staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and made us feel appreciated throughout our visit. I’ve also included a photo of the lovely card greeting we received from the team—another sweet touch that we’ll always remember.
Thank you again to the whole team for making our honeymoon start with such warm hospitality!

Great location to malls, spa and eateries.
Walking distance to everything without having to take a grab. The room was so clean and housekeeping was very prompt. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and was well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again.

Stayed in suite with big space and good room rate for 3 nights. However lift access slow and first day no face towel provided for room only bath towel. Next day stay it was provided after room cleaning. Hence not consistent in its amenities service. Front desk, concierge helpful and eager to provide good service.

Great location, just right opposite of the 3 shopping malls in Georgetown - KOMTAR, Prangin Mall & 1st Avenue Mall. Many eateries just within walking distance. There’s a convenience store (MyNews.com) at the row of shops right outside the hotel.
Staffs are very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Was given a cold face towel and a complimentary drink while checking in, the process was smooth and easy.
The hotel looks grand, the room looks grand too! Very clean, neat and looks luxurious! There’s a drinking water station at the room floor near the lift, so hot or cold drinking water is easily accessible and refillable. Toilet amenities are plentiful, and so are the coffee and tea sachets! The water pressure from the shower is nice and strong!
Very satisfied with my stay and would love to stay again give the chance!

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel and its staff were exceptionally thoughtful — they even wrote us a card, which was truly heartwarming and touching. They also surprised us with a slice of cake and a lit candle. The room was very clean and spacious. We’ll definitely return in the future. Thank you The Granite Luxury hotel and all the staff for your kind attention and warm hospitality!
