Hotel location is near to many places. Great location.

Please dont book this hotel if you travel Penang by a car.The hotel doesn’t provide car park enough for their guests. The hotel request me to woke up early morning to move my car because they call us park our vehicles at others car park!The worst service I ever got,first in my life!Forever Ban This Hotel!

Good location and clean room. Always come here during my business trip. The only down side for this hotel is their parking. It is quite hard to find parking when if you reach back late as they are always full.

The hotel of the room very small and also not very clean. Suitable for one person stay not suitable for 2 person bcd very small room. This hotel also did not provide the kettle and hair dryer. Hope this hotel can do some improvements

The room is a bit smaller than I thought it would be. In terms of cleanliness, it was okay as it's not sparkling clean. Service wise, there was a lot of miscommunication between us and the receptionist. Location was quite strategic & in the middle of the city. Definitely will repeat again.

Good location . Easy to access to everywhere . It has limited parking space

The hotel is small but is very clean and new. Location is very good as well, located at city center. The water is strong enough for us to have a comfortable bath. The only bad part is the limitations of parking, but no worries, the receptionist will help to arrange the parking. Overall is worth for money and comfortable stay.

The hotel is super clean and quite. The bed and pillow is very comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly. However, the room space is quite limited. The eatery or hawker centres need to walk quite a distance may be 10-20 mins from the hotel. Else, a grab is required if you want to explore to other famous eatery or visiting places

Hotel was decent but service could be a lot letter. From cold staff to no proper luggage system, I hope these services can be improved.

Great place to stay for a night.. Parkinf wise is good. Not much noise at night. Most importantly, it is clean and comfortable.

Hotel is still new so the place still looks clean and nice. The concierge was also nice enough to allow me to checkin earlier than the usual which was really nice. The place is also not very far from the heritage streets which was good. Over all, hotel is good. Location, cleanliness of the hotel. The best part is there is a laundromat and a grocery store just a few steps from the hotel which was really good.

The hotel location is strategically placed in central on George Town. Everything is so closed by walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly. The Chinese uncle at the parking area was friendly. He said is the Co-owner of the hotel. Thanks for assisting me getting the parking The room was clean and neat. Although the hotel is by the road side, the road noise were almost to none. The WiFi connection was okay. Was hoping could use a faster connection. But I used it when in hotel. Not much to complain about. Parking lots are limited if you are travelling in evening. The staff will assist you anyway to get you a safe parking. Happy with my 3d2n stay. Recommended. Definitely will come again with a bigger room. Thanks Regards Happy customer and Penang’s food lover
