Everything is good here except the studio twin deluxe single bed was too small compared to others hotel .

Service was pleasant and quick; we had a smooth and enjoyable experience with the staff. Room was spacious with individual thermostats and a furnished kitchen etc, all fully functional and of good quality.

Location is the best, highly recommended.
The hotel is located beside the sea with excellent location for us to move around - just 5-10 mins the car journey to nearby shopping malls and 10mins to Georgetown. 35 mins from Penang International Airport. The room is clean and spacious, toilet is big with rain shower. Love the room!

The room is very new, and the location is great, but our stay was quite unpleasant. We found a lot of ants on the bed and floor.

The Studio Premier room was very nice and clean. We loved the view. It is also within walking distance to Gurney Paragon Mall, Gurney Plaza, Gurney Bay and lots of good food.

This is a new hotel located in a strategic location. It has a nice swimming pool and gym room, and serves a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.
