The hotel quit old fashion. Need to upgrade. can smell the mouldiness in the air. OK for 1 nite short stay.

Nice hotel, location very near to every main attractions. Nasi kandar lover? This hotel near to line clear and also beratur.

Quite a great deal. Hotel location is not too bad. Very convenient to all the great malls with a short taxi ride. Nice view of the sea. Recommended for families to stay in the family suite.

A grand older hotel with substantial views. A quiet hotel despite numerous rooms.good showers and bathtub.
Soaps, bathroom accessories, tea coffee making in the room and and iron and board. Safe that works.. tv with limited channels. Good wifi, desk and chair, sitting table too. Small but deep pool and spa out door. Restaurant a top. Room service. Efficient desk staff and kindly informative concierges

Can tell hotel is a bit old though seems they try to maintain. Along the corridor to the rooms, the walls are wet n even the room door. I think it is due to humidity but can smell mouldiness in the air. Room is big. The bathroom though in good order needs some upgrading. On the whole ok but I might not book the same hotel in my next trip.

Everything was great, but the room air conditioning wasn't cooling in the evening; it was warm. Hotel management, please address this.

Room is ok but location is quite far from tourist spots and shopping malls. Sea view wording is misleading. We expected to see the sea view as indicated when we booked but we got a car park view instead. The hotel explained that sea-view room is upon available and only suites type will have sea-view. Anyway, staff is nice and helpful.

The hotel is very well located in a pleasant and convenient area for kopitiams and restaurants. Itβs just round the corner from Penang Road.
The room was a tad old but very spacious and clean. All in very good value for money.
