I would say that the hotel location is quite good but in terms of cleanliness as shown in pictures you can see a lot of dust still despite we have asked to clean the room after second night that we were staying there. (Is that ***** on the curtain?) I don't think they clean properly. Can see bugs and mosquitoes flying in the room as well. Do not understand why the rating will be good in trip.com. The front desk stuff does not seem friendly to me. Even the iron and ironing board they will not send to rooms you will have to take it by yourself outside the lift area. If other guests just left it outside the door then you will see it lying at the hallway only.. the building should be new but the interior and overall room make me feel like they are old?

I really enyoed my stay at Loop.
The staff is friendly.
The room is clean.
The location is good, many bars around this area.
The breakfast is a little boring however is difficult to complain about it because it's very cheap too.

Good room with affordable price. Situated near mini mart and restaurant with walking distance. Have basement parking for car and motorcycle with security guard at night. Nice hotel lobby with cosy design to relax and have a rest for a while.

Well kept and clean.Even though the room was small, but the amenities provided is sufficient and well stocked.The location is very good,nearby food court and within walking distance to Komtar.Highly recommended.

Room a but small. Bathroom is nice. Ceiling a bit low. Bathroom a big smelly. Maybe hotel can put faded tinted at bathroom window. Opposite hotel can see us from their room. Parking very limited. Good breakfast
