3/5 for cleanliness because of 'tahi burung' at window. So disturbing view 😂. Room so small. Bathub so oldschool. We found a charlie at bathroom 😌. Location is stategic. No need to drive. Just jalan kaki for eat. Still recommended to tourist

Good location, and room availability, however it could be more clean and there could be more amenities provided, such as soap. Also, there could be some improvement in plumbing maintenance. Service is good though.

The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment. Our room was not serviced and towels were threadbare even when asked for replacement. Bedding was discoloured and aged. Pillows were ancient and very used. Very little hot water at times and no Wifi in the room. Curtain rail was needing replacement. This needed a temporary repair by staff.
Some staff were helpful.
Worst hotel I have stayed. Wife very unhappy.
