Worse experience staying in PHC hotel. Rooms not cleaned, no replenishment of toiletries.
Loud music from across the street till 3-4am
Wall cracked and paints peeling off
Overpriced for this type of service and property condition.

第一，晚上吵的根本睡不了覺，外面音樂，唱歌，然後早上摩託車聲音，無語死了。
第二，客廳沒有陽光，也不通風，洗手間坐便旁邊漏水很嚴重。
第三，服務態度及其惡劣，到店需付款224馬幣，現金沒帶夠，少10馬幣，我説去取完給她，她説不可以，她説騎摩託載我過去，然後她把我扔那了，她自己騎摩託回去了，真是搞笑，我開始以為她有事情，結果她也是回房間那裡，大熱天的我自己走回去，住了兩天本想着續住，我問她多少錢，她告訴我一天788，現在所有平台都沒有這麼高的價格，我覺得她在欺詐我，隨意報價，後面有我發的其他平台三天的價格，就知道差距有多大，她屬於欺騙消費者

We’ve been staying in PHC hotel many times but this is the worse experience yet. We checked in yesterday and told the staff Ema that we need housekeeping after 10am today but when we reached at about 10pm, it is to our disappointment that the rooms are not cleaned. Instead we were blamed by Mr Selva that we put no housekeeping sign therefore they did not clean. Plus, we told him to get someone clean asap but again was told no housekeeping and no one bother to response to our query within 10mjns. 39 mins has passed n no one sends any tower replacements, toilet rolls, dustbins not cleaned. We are so tired after being out whole day. Imagine no replenishment. We can’t even rest.
