I have to stay at this hotel every time I come to Penang, it's quiet and close to my favorite places.

1) Reception is so nice, good service and introduce the breakfast time and swimming pool opening schedule and the very high floor 25/f fo the swimming pool.
2) Room is very CLEAN and the view is very good to see the seaside and the old style building.
3) Breakfast is many different types of foods, drinks, and CLEAN foods WITHOUT any insects in the food.
4) gym room and restaurant on the 2/f.
5) small store have some food and drinks and medicine and snacks at the 1 /f and the restaurant at the 1/f and 2/f.
6) Location is near the top of 光大大厦 KOMTAR and near the CAT bus stop NO. 9 ＜9號巴士站＞;

I booked 2 Superior rooms.
The tv channels has poor connection. The single beds were too small for adult. I don’t feel comfortable sleeping on it.
The rooms were small though it has good view. We booked for 3 nights but decided to check out after our 1st night stay. We were not comfortable with the bed.
Recommended to booked for deluxe room if you are mind with room space.
The breakfast buffet were fairly good. We enjoyed the crispy egg toast. It was delicious. Location is good to try for many eateries.
Will not repeat this hotel again.

Location very good to find food ,enter to the opposite already have shopping mall, hotel to Airport around 20 minutes ,Hotel very clean and customer service very good.

The location is in the city center, large room, warm shower but noisy from other rooms and noisy from other rooms shower. We can hear the voice from other rooms.
Breakfast is really disappointing, lack of protein, no meat, no chicken, only carbohydrates and vegetable, not enough food on Sunday morning, the ventilation is really bad in breakfast area.
This should improve immediately.

It is for our yearly Penang family trip the hotel situated strategically and the room is very spacious for 3 of us.

The hotel is so convenient around the city to walk, a lot of food nearby and photo taking.. I am surprised that the hotel is clean and service is good for 3 star. I would come back again. Just the hot cold water is not consistent.
