Hotel location is good. Room although small but clean, cozy and comfortable. The front desk reception staffs are cheerful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too with a great selection of food. Will definitely stay here when we go Penang again. Kudos to Raz at the reception who is always with a smile.

The area of the hotel’s room is just nice for couple which having short trip while travelling in Penang. For us the most great things is it’s location where so much easier to get around to the city centre. Definitely will visit again to this hotel.

Little small on the side, basic amenities is completed, don’t expect too much, is perfect for business where you just need a place to sleep.

The hotel location at main road Leboh Noordin Penang. The room is ok, clean & comfortable. Parking is free provided bu the hotel. Easy to get food & beverage bu walking distance.

Idea location where within walking distance many foods stalls are available. The room is small but it's clean. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with a reasonable price

Room is small but its totally okay to stay for sleep 1 or 2 nights and the air-conditioning is powerful. But please consider if you have more than one big luggages with you.
Downstairs are full of local food, 1st Avenue mall and Rainbow skywalk, The Top just a few minutes walking.
A room refurbishment is needed if the hotel wants to keep customer returning and attracting new markets. We found the shower was broken when first entered the room (After reported, the front desk sent technician within 5 minutes and fixed it, which responded quickly then we expected).
Moreover, the furniture are quite old, specially beware that cracked door frame and the bottom of walk corner, some damage parts and small chips may hurt small children.
