Really love the location of this hotel as it is walkable distance to all the tourist spot such penang art street, esplanade etc. Also nearby to most of the restaurant, cafes, 24 hours mart etc. The room is spacious and also love the rooftop of the hotel as you can see the view of georgetown.

Would not recommend. I found a used condom under my bed. I headed straight to reception to let them know and the receptionist was so blaze about the matter.
I asked for someone to remove it and to speak to a manager. Someone did eventually remove it, however a manger never came.
Very disappointed with the service provided, and clearly not enough attention is paid to the cleanliness of the rooms being provided to guests!

Hotel is nice, heritage deco, room is big, food nearby you can find alot variety and walking distance, staff friendly, Downsize is you can hear very clearly any sound from other room 😅

Under beds full of dust
Very disturbing with water pipe sound along the night
Parking area have to pay RM10 - and very dark no lights behind the pathway

Hotel is very well located in the middle of the Georgetown. Bed was comfortable and mini-bar nice extra in the room. Also rooftop terrace was nice to have a drink in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast itself was not very good in my opinion as an European.
The hotel in general was ok, but would need a little bit update in some parts.
In the hotel premises on the second floor is a massage place. I went there with my husband and it was very bad experience. I had 30 min foot reflexology and it was the worst I have ever had. My husband had booked 1 hour body massage. And later he told that massage was also bad and he was afraid that lady who was doing massage will do some damage on his bag. Massage lasted only 45 minutes.
Too short and bad massage experience and still the worker asked tip and charged extra for some special oil she used. I definitely recommend to avoid this massage place.
