While it is a fairly new unit, it does not come with any service whatsoever, operated by a 3rd party operator that does not have staff or counter at property. Communication is only through Whatsapp, key collection through mailbox.
Card for lift access and RFID tag for door access. Card is secured in pouch, troublesome to take out for energy / power control slot.
Only selected amenities in room, no dental kit, no bedroom slippers, no hand or face towels, basic bath amenities.
Kitchen is equipped, induction, kettle, fridge, microwave, washing machine. Also comes with hairdryer and iron. Power points are inconveniently located. Switches are all individual / independent controlled.
No hot water, inconsistent. At most is lukewarm. Sewage smell coming from bathroom, whole room smells if bathroom door left open.
Overall still dusty, curtain extremelt dusty to touch. Missing light bulb at hanging lamp. 11th floor not ideal as it overlooks garden / grill bar / kids play area, can be seen from outside if curtains are open. Possibly security risk.
Overall not a pleasant stay.

Clean and tidy room. Infinity sky pool was amazing just the pool water a bit salty. Location was convenient, close to attractions & shops. Overall great 👍🏻

Overall a great stay. The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be improved.
