The hotel looks very grand and decent and staff was friendly and helpful. However, Swimming pool was closed over the weekend during our stay (staff said water was dirty), also some ants were found in the room and have some mosquitoes bite me in the breakfast area

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is new and modern, with stylish decor and comfortable rooms. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I had an issue with noisy and smoking neighbors, they promptly changed my room without any hassle.
The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional, always willing to help with anything I needed. A special mention goes to the Indonesian woman working at breakfast—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of. Her warm and attentive service made my mornings even more enjoyable.
The only downside to my stay was the connecting rooms. The soundproofing through the connecting doors isn’t great, so I could hear everything from the neighboring room. Additionally, when the guests next door were smoking, it was if they were smoking in my room.

Me n my wife stay here for a night. As we noticed this is a newly opened hotel with reasonable price, we try for a night. We have a very comfortable room and good stay. Some of the facilities not yet open. Expected to have grand opening some where around 3rd quarter of 2025. Will comw back again

it was a clean hotel with minimal amenities now because it’s still new. the location is great! there is a wanton mee store right beside the hotel, making it a great supper spot. staff are friendly and professional. the room is extremely big.

My recent stay was excellent. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and has all the amenities needed. The uniqueness of this hotel is my room has a well- equipped lanai for relaxation and as a gathering and eating space. I especially appreciated the super comfortable bed and the fast & reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected.
The hotel also has a rooftop infinity pool offered 360 degrees stunning panoramic views which I really enjoyed.
The location is also very strategic— in the heritage area of Penang and within walking distance to major tourist and local food specialties.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable (home away from home), convenient place to stay with excellent service. I will definitely return and looking forward for my next stay here.
