The hotel is very new and the location is very convenience there are a local food market nearby. the room is good even a size is quite small but good enough to stay 1 or 2 in the room.
There are fresh brew coffee for free service in the lobby.

The hotel is new, fresh and located in the historical center of Georgetown where you can easily stroll along the colorful streets as well as find shopping centers.
The staff is friendly, the lobby is cozy, smells nice, you can drink free coffee, tea and water.
Of the minuses, we encountered an incident that all the sockets in our room did not work and we were unable to charge our mobile phones. The hotel staff quickly called a repairman and eventually replaced our room with the same one, but with a window. Another fairly big con was the fact that the pool did not work for all the days of our stay 2 nights. This was very important for us, since we chose a hotel with a pool.

Relatively new hotel in a central location, about a 10 minute walk to KOMTAR and practically next to Cecil market for access to hawker food. Near to good bars as well.
Room was a bit small when compared to other Malaysian hotels but not cramped. Well laid out with enough space to walk and area to unload your luggage.
Room does not have a viewable window but instead has sort of a skylight to let light into the room.

Really very good experience here l, been to Penang so many times and this is one of the best experiences i ever had. All the staff is really friendly and nice they also offered us a cup of coffee when we arrive. Their coffee is always available at the front desk area! The hotel is very clean and there's even a pool and a 24hr gym. Perfect place to stay in Penang. Close to Cecil street market as well. Absolutely wonderful 👍🏻

The staff surprised us with a beautifully decorated room with slice of cake during our anniversary. Overall the stay was pretty great as the hotel is very new and housekeeping cleaned the room really well. They also have free coffee and tea. They use real coffee beans for their coffee and boh tea for their teas. Location is near to Cecil market and well located near main Georgetown area.
