The best accommodation so far with a variety of facilities like a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. The unit provided was also in good and clean condition, with basic needs such as a refrigerator, water purifier, android tv with a netflix account, and even a washing machine provided. Will definitely come back again in the future 😍

The cleanliness of the floor sticky and the pest control management was below adequately as there was a cockroach on the sofa upon entering the unit. The air in unit are dusty and musky.

Guard is friendly, location easy to find. But nearby walking distance got not much thing to do.

Location was good! Pool was nice!! Has both infinity pool , normal pool and gym pool!! But need to wear swim suit before entering the pool!! Overalls repeatable except the room dont have place to dry your cloth. Only can wash and then need to hang inside the house

The room was decent—clean and tidy—but the air conditioning definitely needs servicing. The elevator situation was frustrating, with extremely long wait times. I also encountered an unpleasant experience with a cleaning supervisor and a particular Indonesian staff member, whose behavior was quite rude and unprofessional. Additionally, maintenance workers were moving rubbish, cleaning equipment, and even ladders through guest areas, which felt disorganized and poorly managed. It seems like there is a lack of proper oversight for staff responsible for building and room upkeep. Another issue was the parking space assigned to me, which remained flooded for two days. This property is not well-suited for the elderly or individuals with disabilities due to accessibility concerns. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and will not be considering this place for future stays in Penang.
