The hotel management is extremely irresponsible.. rooms were out of electricity half of the day… couldn’t care attitude, no solution provided to resolve the issue except to refund.. This show that the hotel management are not bother and no responsibility towards the customer wellbeing in the middle of the night .. highly not recommended..

I had a good experience when stay in this place. The place was clean, tidy , and comfortable. The staffs also were very responsive and helpful.
On the other hand, the location is very best, it is close to several famous places. Have a good day!

The hotel renovated from an old house has exquisite decoration, good hygiene, and facilities that appear a bit outdated compared to modern hotels，The hotel does not have an elevator, so hotel staff can help move heavier luggage up.Don't put any valuable items in the hotel room. After cleaning the room，my family lost a pair of pearl earrings and asked the hotel to search for them, but there has been no result.

The second-level bed is a bit difficult to climb up to.
I wished there were hangers in the room.
Using Grab directed me to the back entrance, which was confusing.
