Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping foreigner staff not hygiene. So smelly.

Check-in was smooth, a bit confusing since got two separate buildings. Perfect location, parking area for guests only with small fees. The room was spacious: pillows, duvet, bed are so comfortably good. The pool are nice and clean, and thanks for the complimentary breakfast, amazing food with lot of selection.

Room was so nice, mattress and pillows definitely from heaven!!! Sadly forgot to take picture of with it without us in it 🥲 Rooftop swimming pools also nice

Booked a family room with 2 rooms for 2 seniors and 1 adult and 1 child. Location of hotel is reasonable as there is a shopping mall (though dated) with supermarket and four leaves bakery. Hotel looks new but interior seemed to have wear n tear and could have been better managed. Was given the last room on level 2 on what seem like a maze of long passage way. Had a power failure on the first afternoon where lift couldn’t work and we had to evacuate through the stairs as the room got too stuffy for comfort. Asked for a replacement room and was told will check for us. To our disappointment we were told there were no other nearer available room. If you are booking for senior and child proceed with caution unless they are willing to accommodate you a room to the lobby. Room had a strange smell and was unwell during the stay. Room slipper with stain and pillow cover with blood stain. Would have expected Citadines to do better than this.

Hotel location is excellent and close to a lot of eateries, will stay again

Excellent stay in Georgetown, easily walkable to many places and even Hin bus depot. Hotel has 2 different blocks and each block has their own swimming pool.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The breakfast was great, and the swimming pool was also good. I especially loved the complimentary coffee. However, the downside was having to pay for hotel parking, and the parking spaces were very limited. Overall, a pleasant experience with just a couple of minor inconveniences.

Loved the room where we stayed. The fragrance was lovely, overlooking the courtyard where breakfast was served. HBO, AXN & CNA avaliable in room LG TV. Seminar rooms were fully equipped with sound system, projector & flip charts.

location is great with walkable distance to famous hawkers store or tourist spot. staff is nice. We booked two single beds but found it was double bed. Staff immediately changed to a new room. However the room cleanliness is only medium standard. there are no fascial towels or tissues in the room for two days. The coffee and snacks corner at lobby area is impressive and good to take rest after a long day. Overall the hotel is good with price!

Air conditioning was making constant noise like a motor engine running for the whole night, and it made me hardly fall asleep. The reception lady who assisted me while checking out was unfriendly with no facial expressions and cold face, with few words" okay to go."

Great experience! Went to 3 hotels in my solo trip, starting from Penang ＞ Ipoh ＞ KL. By far the best hotel with a fun view of event that they held, good lobby with vibrant colours and amazing staff.

The hotel is a beautiful traditional looking house. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is decent. Nearby, there is an outdoor eating area with live bands. I love the gym. However, the pool water was very dirty. The room toilet also gives off a sewage smell after it's being used.

Though private carpark for hotel guest, there would days no carpark lot available. No shelter to shield from rain when walking back to hotel
