My husband and I go back every year to this wonderful condo. The management is so helpful and the condos are so well kept. If you want total relaxation on beautiful 7 mile beach this is the place to be. You are walking distance to many wonderful restaurants

What an amazing week! There were 7 of us total, 5 adults and two kids (4 and 9). We stayed in condo #1, we had 3 rooms- two rooms with king beds and one room with two queen beds. Two bedrooms had their own bathroom with a shower. The living room had ample space with two couches. Dining area had a table and an area with 4 stools that were facing the kitchen. Kitchen had silverware, plates, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc for any time you wanted to cook. Off the living room was an enclosed porch area with some tables and chairs as well as some beach toys and inflatables that my children used for the week. Right outside of here was an outdoor area that also had a table with some chairs to just hand out. From here you had close access to the beach where there were tables and lounge chairs,or you could head over to the pool. The rooms were all very clean and the cleaning service (except Sunday as most businesses are closed on Sundays) brought us ample towels and left the condo sparkling for when we came back from the days excursions. I would 100% recommend Colonial Club to anyone headed to Grand Cayman- well worth it!

Easy to book with the perfect location on 7 Mile Beach. Staff was beyond amazing, kind and very helpful with everything. Grounds, pool, beach and rooms were very clean and top notch. We ended up getting there early and called and were able to check in before scheduling which was very helpful with a family of 6. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at the Colonial Club and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Omar, the manager, made us feel completely at home, so kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right on the most pristine stretch of Seven Mile Beach. We literally walked out the door and were steps from the turquoise water. It’s peaceful, low key, and incredibly relaxing. Walking down the beach to the larger resorts like the Ritz only confirmed that we had made the right choice, Colonial Club has all the beauty without the crowds. Our condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including pool floats and noodles for the water. We didn’t think we’d use the BBQ or the pool, but we ended up enjoying both and were so glad they were there! The daily housekeeping was a dream, they cleaned up all the sand, took out the trash, and always left us with a generous stack of big, cozy pink towels. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole space felt like home. We also loved how convenient everything was, the location made it easy to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. And for the price, I truly don’t believe there’s a better value anywhere on Seven Mile Beach. We’re already dreaming of coming back, next time with even more family in tow. This place is a true hidden gem!

If you want quiet, low key and the best beach on 7 mile, without sitting side by side to the next beach chair, this is your place. Older condo complex, but I believe all rooms are ensuite and large units. Close to many great restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. Personal experience experience with Omar the management. Daily housekeeping was the topping. Booking for 2026 once we get back home and settled.

Colonial Club is absolute perfection! We have been visiting Grand Cayman for over 30 years, and this is by far our favourite place to stay! We recently discovered Colonial Club, and have been lucky enough to stay here 3 times so far. Omar, the Property Manager, is outstanding! He truly goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional. The booking process is simple, the property is incredibly well maintained and the beachfront is perfection! Thank you so much to Omar and his fantastic team for making us feel so welcome on every visit. We will most definitely be back...hopefully VERY soon! Serena

Beautiful condo/beach. Smaller complex with nice pool, tennis, and private beach. The property manager was excellent with great recommendations on the various excursions. Location is awesome in the middle of 7 mile beach. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Will be planning a trip back.

We’re repeat visitors to Grand Cayman. Everything was fantastic. The Colonial Club exceeded our expectations! It was very easy to settle in and relax. Lots of space for a family of 5 (incl. kids - 14 yr & 12yr). We look forward to returning! Thanks to the team, especially Omar and Lynne.
