I went with great expectations, but I was offended by the fact that it was a different size from the photos and that upon arrival I was charged an additional fee for using the heated pool in the room. The extra price is outrageous. When I made a reservation, I felt even worse when the owner said that there was no notice anywhere and that it was cheap. You wouldn't be charged extra for turning on the air conditioner in the summer.
Also, the cleanliness is the same as that of a local motel. The bathroom smelled like a public toilet and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. When the bubble function is turned on in the spa equipment in the room, dead skin cells come up, which is very unpleasant.
I gave it a star because of the view. I can't get rid of the idea that the service is bad and the price is overpriced.
