It seems like a regular officetel is being used as a hotel. This is a residential complex with a focus on general officetel residents. Therefore, parking is very inconvenient if you visit during rush hour. There was no one at the front desk so I waited.

The location was great. There are a lot of restaurants around, and with Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering in front of Jaro, it seems like the restaurant scene has developed a lot! It was nice to take a walk along the nearby river. The room condition was as good as an officetel.

Suv는 주차하기 힘들어요. 세단은 기계식 주차장을 쓰니까 괜찮아요. 룸공간은 모텔에 비해 작은편. 비데 없고 비누, 빗, 치약, 면도기, 면봉 등 소소한 세면도구는 없어서 비즈니스용으로는 불편할 수 있어요. 시설은 밝고 깨끗.
