Amazing location, clean apartment. Had 2 extra mattresses with clean bedding sheets and blankets. Our family enjoyed our stay here.

Location: around 15 mins drive to Resort World (where everything else happens). This location works when you have a car; otherwise I found it rather troublesome to take taxi. There are shuttle services but I have not figured out the how-to. The room is located in one of the residence buildings within the Grand Ion Delemen complex. The place is lack of proper signage but the host did a very good job in the info pack and they were responsive to us. There is another completely different location that is far away from this place , yet sharing the same postal code marking on Google Map (which is completely weird) you'll need to make sure you get the right location on GPS. Cleanliness: Hygiene and cleanliness of this place is very subpar. The complex looks like it was just opened yesterday so they are still "soft-opening" with elevators uncleaned and no proper central garbage collection area. I was directed to throw away trash behind the floor's "exit" but there was no bin there. Some people just threw away opened food items on the floor conveniently. Our room was not cleaned at the time we checked in which was gross. We checked in 6 hours after the last guest's required check-out time (12noon) and 2 hours after the earliest check-in time for us, yet we came in finding "belongings" from last guests. I am surprised there are so many bugs at this altitude so there is no way to truly enjoy some fresh air - as we checked in to find the floor covered by army of dead bugs because last guest had kept the windows opened. We informed the host right the way and they chased the cleaners to come within 30 mins. But the cleaning job was not done very well to be honest, there was still strains of hair left behind in the master bathroom. Some fixture in the apartment were not working properly. Service: Nevertheless the host was courteous. They were responsive to us. And I think their attitudes redeemed part of the negative experience. I just hope that they could do a more handson monitoring job on cleanliness rather than trusting the cleaners to be on auto-pilot. Facilities: The apartment provides shampoo, body wash, hand wash, toilet paper, and dish detergent. But you will have to bring your own personal care products. Only bath towels are provided. The water pressure of the unit is extremely weak which makes taking a comfortable hot shower a luxury.

my first thought is, the place must be not really well taken care but once i had arrived at the location / unit all those negative thinking has gone away. service is good from the owner or the management company. the unit is clean & well taken care off. facilities in the unit is also good such as cooking cutlery, microwave, washing machine, water dispenser, fridge, air-cond, wifi, tv box & etc. overall is a pleasant stay for my families
