The hotel staff cleaned our room well and gave us new towels. So many options for breakfast: porridge, chicken soto (soup), fried rice, noodle, pecel, salad, fruits, vegetables; bubur madura; fries; omelette, waffle; steamed sweet potatoes. The hotel even provides jamu (herbal drinks), juice, milk, cereal and coffee. The security helped us with our big luggages 🥰

This hotel is in central Surabaya, but the room interior really needs to be repaired. The furniture was also scratched, when we came here when it was raining, the upper ceiling had water droplets on it and it turned out it was leaking... and there were lots of small insects, and like small crosses in the bathroom... all the rooms were like that, visitors wouldn't come back again... Even though the employees are very friendly, the security, Miss Angkringan, and the technicians... are really good...👍 Complete facilities, get 2 sandals, a comb, and the room is quite spacious. BTW, thank you trip.com for providing cheap prices

- the hotel is in the city center - near plaza surabaya - not very big hotel but modern aesthetic - the lobby is spacious, lots of sofas and tables, there is a cafe - the hallways are clean and the carpets are thick - the room is not very spacious but aesthetic - there is a big smart tv - there is a relaxing sofa - the bed is soft, lots of pillows, thick blankets - great view - the windows are big - standard tea, coffee, sugar and creamer - there is an electric kettle - there is a blend of Surabaya city and prayer times - the bathroom and toilet are a bit cramped - there is a sink and many and thick towels - complete amenities - there is a bath robe, a pair of sandals, a safety box, but no iron - the wardrobe is big and lots of drawers - the gym is a bit small - indoor pool is not very big but aesthetic - the restaurant is spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious

Staying at the Ibis Surabaya hotel was quite satisfying. The location is very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, and local food can be found behind the Ibis hotel within walking distance. The facilities are adequate, although they are single units even for two occupants. Unfortunately, there is no elevator from the car park, making it quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage to carry from the car. The food served is delicious and varied, with good service, and uniquely, there is a playground for elementary school-aged children.

Second stay here! Got a floor on the 8th floor, not too bad of a view although I prefer to have it on a more higher floor. Service still remains impeccable. Big sized room and clean toilet! Breakfast daily would make you be spoilt for choice. Location right at the heart of Tunjungan road, where at night, it comes alive with pedestrians enjoying the night. Lots of nice eateries around too! Walking distance to the mall... This would definitely be my hotel again for my next trip!
