The hotel room was very good and the pool was nice too. On the day we left, however, it was closed until midday. There was no information about this and we only found out about it spontaneously. Something like this should be posted as information. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful.

Second stay here! Got a floor on the 8th floor, not too bad of a view although I prefer to have it on a more higher floor. Service still remains impeccable. Big sized room and clean toilet! Breakfast daily would make you be spoilt for choice. Location right at the heart of Tunjungan road, where at night, it comes alive with pedestrians enjoying the night. Lots of nice eateries around too! Walking distance to the mall... This would definitely be my hotel again for my next trip!

Everything is good including the location except the house keeping. We enjoyed our massages and dinner buffet in the hotel because it was raining in the evening. But they are nice and very affordable. I also like their breakfast buffet. The only miss is the cleanliness and the housekeeping quality. We have changed the room once because the bathtub got stains. Then in the second room, my pillowcase is dirty and the flush didn’t work. Yet I appreciate their help to fix them. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. I wish they can improve the housekeeping quality or else everything is perfect :)
