Big rooms, rooms with mini fridge Hotel near to 2 malls. Breakfast ok. Fast check-in.

The room and facilities were good. However, it's a shame the hotel seemed severely understaffed. Upon entering the lobby, there was no one to assist except for a single X-ray security officer. Guests had to carry their own luggage and bags onto the X-ray machine. During check-in, only one staff member was available. Furthermore, the restaurant staff at breakfast were neither welcoming nor particularly friendly.

The hotel is great since it’s still new, so everything looks neat and clean. The room is spacious, and I especially loved the bed. The TV is already equipped with Google TV, and the cable channels are complete too. All the rooms are on the upper floors, so the view of Surabaya skyscrapers are really nice. I didn’t try the breakfast, and there wasn’t any room service menu in the room, so I can’t say anything about the food. The only downside is there’s no minimarket nearby. The Praxis building is pretty empty at the moment, just two restaurants and a coffee shop. Overall, this hotel is way better than the five-star Whiz Luxe Spazio Surabaya, and I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being one of the first guests.

The room was clean, the AC was cold, and the service was friendly. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! The only thing that could be improved is a larger parking area.

Hi hotel management I like to thank you for good hospitality good service ,staffs friendly and responsive fast attended to room service. From reception ,restaurant room service and maintenance dept . Door men and security staff all showing friendly Only problem during my stay 4 night it sound from motobike scramble noisy continuously heard till all night till early morning at the hotel front side facing middle circle main road with traffic light And room facing back also have sound problem.this music sound beat constantly all night long start 11 onward ill till morning 4.30 am .until you can hear it and follow the music all night till morning .frankly honestly during our stay we cannot sleep well because disturbing by the sound problem. The hotel not fault only the surroundings noise make it a barely at night during sleeping. My suggestion the owner this hotel need take drastically measures to upgrade the all windows to fixed panel glass sound proof .I pity to staffs always try apologies for inconvenience when we tell them the problem matter i know they cannot solve the problem beyond they control. Only the owner hotel need try sleep at hotel both side room front and back and see your self I hope the the best in future some changes and,put effort solving the sound problems .the hotel everything are good except the sound problem surrounding.

This is my second visit to this hotel. It's comfortable and strategically located near the city center. In the mornings, you can go for a jog around Bambu Runcing Park.

Everything was excellent. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining options ranging from street food to proper restaurants. Plus, it's close to a mall.

We stayed one night on our way through Surabaya from Maluku and on into Java. The hotel did everything we needed and is within walking distance of one of Surabaya's main train stations for trains to other cities. There is a good restaurant 50m away, and even a few local sites nearby like an old submarine you can go inside(!?).

The service is excellent, they are kind, polite, and helpful. Smiles never left their faces and they always try to help swiftly. The breakfast is great, tasty, and the selection is even greater, they have a lot of varieties of Indonesian food. The room is great in size, the floor is clearly swept, the bathroom is clean, the amenities are adequate (bring your own hair dryer bcs the one they have is not as great). But terribly disappointed with the cleaners, I used the spoon and glass on day 1 and they didn't even bother to clean them, only put on the usual spot. I tried to ”tell” them again the next day yet they still haven't cleaned any 🥲🥲

Very clean and newly renovated hotel. Just that the location is quite secluded. Must have own transportation for more convenience. Room is quite spacious for 2 people.
