There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available.
I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable.
All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping.
Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

When i entered the hotel entrance , i was so depressed. The lobby is not as what i expected. But as when you enter the room it so impressive. Front line staff very good. The way they handle unhappy guest so professional. Makes yourself feel appreciated and valuable to them.

Hotel is clean and nice. Most importantly, it is new. Food is good at Level 17. The Gym and swimming pool at Level 16 is nice. Staff are friendly.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning.

Second time staying here. Always good service, good location to the big mall Tunjungan plaza. Well priced. Easy to get Grab as well.

Second stay here! Got a floor on the 8th floor, not too bad of a view although I prefer to have it on a more higher floor.
Service still remains impeccable. Big sized room and clean toilet! Breakfast daily would make you be spoilt for choice.
Location right at the heart of Tunjungan road, where at night, it comes alive with pedestrians enjoying the night. Lots of nice eateries around too! Walking distance to the mall...
This would definitely be my hotel again for my next trip!

Everything about this hotel is so great, exceptional service and attention to detail made the stay truly comfortable. Rooms are super clean and spacious. You can even walk straight to the famous Tunjungan street. The breakfast is really delicious.
