Room was pretty small and air conditioning was noisy. Disappointed with the cleanliness as there were dirty spots on the bed linen, and we saw a small cockroach in the room plus flies in the shower.
The only positives of this stay were the helpful staff and convenient location opposite a mall.

Always a hotel of choice when going home for Eid. When going home the price is cheap and you can get breakfast. The receptionist is very friendly. Before we leave the hotel, we are asked if there are any shortcomings. It's cool.

This hotel is in central Surabaya, but the room interior really needs to be repaired. The furniture was also scratched, when we came here when it was raining, the upper ceiling had water droplets on it and it turned out it was leaking... and there were lots of small insects, and like small crosses in the bathroom... all the rooms were like that, visitors wouldn't come back again...
Even though the employees are very friendly, the security, Miss Angkringan, and the technicians... are really good...👍
Complete facilities, get 2 sandals, a comb, and the room is quite spacious.
