"The advantage is that there is an elevator, the health is not bad, the service is given one more star because buying mineral water at the front desk is affordable, that is, the environment is a bit old, the environment feels like the last century"
"This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far."
"It is indeed the same retro style as the picture, the room is very good, the bathroom is large, the location is also very good, facing the train station. The only downside is that there are few types of breakfast and it is mainly cold food."
"A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity."
"Beautiful hotel with great atmosphere of palazzo! Streets on back side are narrow and interesting to visit. Street cafes and small shops all around. Walking to central square is 7-10 minutes."
"The hotel is very close to the airport, not far from the metro and train station. It's convenient to eat nearby. There are several Chinese restaurants. The room was cleaned and the breakfast was plentiful. Especially the boss, President Zhao, is considerate and very familiar with the local people and gives you good suggestions for travel."

Great
Cchiwaithe location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.
GGuest UserIt's right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient! The location is absolutely fantastic. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also very roomy. They even have a charmingly retro, old-fashioned elevator. However, the amenities are very basic; you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, tissues, and slippers. It's perfectly fine for a short stay, like a couple of nights, if you're just passing through. The staff service is pretty good. I frequently asked them for water refills, which saved me a fair bit on buying bottled water, haha.

Very Good
JJackyHI like the shared living room with other roommates in our room. The kitchen, eating space, terrace and playroom are very nice too. It is also nice of them to provide free pasta in the kitchen.
The location is very near to the train station and bus station but a bit walking to the old town.
The bed is comfy, but the stair in the room to the loft is so narrow that I had a hard time carrying my luggage up.
The staff that helped me to check-in was not experienced enough as he hasn't seen my EU ID card that I have been using for over 10 years. If he doesn't recognise this EU ID card, I doubt he recognise my passport from Asia, that he had asked for it.

小小惈出走記The traffic is not too convenient, but it is close to the airport. We only got off the plane in the early morning and the taxi was not too expensive. The toilet in the room was quite big and the hotel staff was very friendly.
MMalu_BaThe hotel is near Brignole Station, but I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark.
The hotel itself is in a creepy building, and you must take the elevator (very small and very creepy) to the reception.
The room was nothing like the pictures. It was nice and smelled bad (not sure of what, I didn't want to find out).
I was only there for 6 hours, as I was travelling further for the weekend and then back to Genoa. I didn't/wouldn't go back to that hotel.
GGuest UserA little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional.
The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
GGiasonelAfter booking for one night, I renewed it for another night. It is not far from cruise terminals such as the Heart of the Mediterranean, but it is still a bit far from the city center or the Genoa Aquarium.
There is a three-story esselunga supermarket behind the hotel, and a Japanese buffet opened by Chinese people is diagonally opposite the hotel gate.
Parking is very convenient. There is a special underground parking garage. There are also two gas stations next to it, and you can see the Genoa Lighthouse.
The hotel environment is good, but there are many children in the lobby, which is noisy because of the entertainment facilities. There is also a piano in the lobby. At the beginning, the piano cover was opened, but because there were always children playing it randomly and making noise, the staff directly put a giant teddy bear on the piano stool and closed the piano.
RRHB_ThuThe hotel is directly opposite the harbor entrance and is ideal for boarding the ferry. It's a 10-minute drive from the parking lot to the harbor entrance. The hotel also has an open parking lot on the third floor for larger vehicles. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter H2L2 barely manages to get through the narrow entrance. The hotel is clean, and the service is very good. You should book directly with IHG. The breakfast, €16, is well worth the money. Parking is also €16 per night.
GGuest UserThe gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, the main door’s chain lock was broken, as well, there wasn’t any food menu or tv instructions in the room, and no toiletries other than shampoo. The positives? Well, the room was very clean, the staff were all pleasant and the wake up call actually worked! Certainly a no frills hotel but very convenient to the airport.
