First of all, it’s hard to find. The address listed is not the one the host was waiting at…they were expecting us at the front entrance on the port side, but the address listed is a super dodgy dark alley! The owner was friendly enough though. The room itself was ok, no headboard though which I always find weird, the curtains didn’t block any light out, and it was a bit cold. The shower was a disaster! The only way to get the water to come out of the shower head rather than the tap was to stretch out the elastic band holding it all together! There was no hook at head height for the shower head either. It’s difficult to wash hair whilst holding the shower in one hand. We booked through *********** which had no mention of the shared kitchen and breakfast space, that needs to be made clearer as we were not aware. The owners office is also in a little tiny room in the apartment which we found really odd. Some improvements defo need to be made! Good location on the harbour, but we won’t be returning.

Pésimo, atención mala peor imposible, no es un hotel no hay una recepción ni nadie que atienda te dejan en la calle la llave no funciona, te sacan la maleta afuera antes de tiempo cuando tienes todo pago, no recomiendo para nada este lugar en absoluto

Il b&b è molto carino e arredato con gusto, per non parlare della vista spettacolare che offre sul porto. Purtroppo il condizionatore della stanza era rotto e ha fatto un rumore molto fastidioso per tutta la notte e non è stato possibile disattivarlo in alcun modo. La proprietaria il giorno dopo ha cercato di sistemarlo ma senza risultati. Non essendoci disponibili altre stanze nella struttura abbiamo dovuto lasciare il b&b ma la proprietaria ci ha subito rimborsato le due notti che abbiamo trascorso altrove. Gentili e professionali.

Struttura ed abitazioni molto belle, in ottima posizione per visitare la città, ma molte omissioni nella descrizione di quelli che a mio avviso sono difetti che mi avrebbero certamente evitato la scelta di questa soluzione. Consiglio: la chiarezza evita un'inutile delusione. Primo difetto LAVORI DI RISTRUTTURAZIONE DELLO STABILE: I lavori allo stabile, sia all'interno che all'esterno del palazzo, costringono a calpestare e a respirare per le scale, l'atrio e l'ascensore (sporchissimi) polvere di cemento. Secondo difetto SUITE FAMILIARE: aria condizionata della camera non funzionante. Vasca da bagno con scarico otturato. La pulizia poco curata: diverse ragnatele e polvere sui ripiani. Terzo difetto STANZA MANSARDATA: nonostante sul sito venga dichiarato "godrete dell'accesso alla terrazza, in comune con un'altra abitazione", in realtà è l'intera zona giorno ad essere in comune con un'altra stanza. Spiacevole sorpresa rientrare la sera e trovare persone sconosciute (non gli affittuari dell'altra stanza dell'appartamento!!) che aprono il portoncino della casa con proprie chiavi ed occupano il minuscolo terrazzino a loro piacimento impedendo di fatto a noi che eravamo gli affittuari di quella sera di utilizzare questo servizio... che dire: indecente! Quarto difetto: Colazione con prodotti industriali non confezionati singolarmente. Consiglio: scegliete una linea precisa, o merendine e monoporzioni confezionate più igieniche o cornetti e torte fresche, meno igieniche ma più soddisfacenti. Questa soluzione ibrida genera delusione su tutti i fronti.

Voglio esprimere il giudizio più alto per la titolare di questa struttura, Carola. Avevamo prenotato al suo b&b ma purtroppo nel pomeriggio la nostra stanza ha avuto problemi e non ha potuto ospitarci . Carola si è prodigata a scrivermi, a cercare in tutti i modi una struttura simile che potesse accoglierci e ci ha riprotetto su hotel di categoria superiore accollandosi le spese aggiuntive . Questa serietà e correttezza va indubbiamente premiata! Andate quando potete alla Superba rooms perché le persone come Carola meritano ogni successo professionale. Oltre a ciò le stanze sono veramente ottime e vicinissime a tutto.

Palazzo molto bello incastrato nei ponteggi per restauro. Posizione ottima ma il quartiere intorno poco raccomandabile. Passando agli interni, appartamento spazioso. Manca un po' di cura nella pulizia degli accessori (microonde e macchina del caffè) e per quelli in bagno arrugginiti. Una bella rinfrescata alle pareti sarebbe da fare Coperte nel divano letto macchiate. Colazione fai da te, non apprezzabile la qualità dei prodotti confezionati (discount medio basso) 4 fette di crostate nemmeno assaggiate. Si può fare decisamente di più per un 4 stelle
