Charming vintage hotel with a small garden. Friendly welcome. Very large, welcoming room with high ceilings, a little chilly at the end of the day when the heating is lower. Mini fridge available in the room. Hot water. Hearty breakfast, savory and sweet, snacks available, excellent coffee, fresh juice. Walking tour, map and explanations provided at reception. Very pleasant stay.

We were looking for a hotel at short notice and were completely refreshed after our overnight stay. The price/quality ratio was right. The breakfast was very generous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There's a 🍕 nearby, about a 6-minute walk away, and it's absolutely delicious!

We stayed for eight days in November. The welcome was perfect. The owner was very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, even offering all-day coffee, tea, fruit, or something sweet. The rooms were large, warm, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, with a hairdryer and shampoo and soap provided daily. Housekeeping was excellent. I have no words to express my gratitude. The staff was always helpful and attentive. I will return and recommend this hotel. Thanks to Davide for his service.

The location is very convenient to reach the center Correct quality-price ratio The structure needs improvement (clearly it is my personal opinion) ..... I explain the reasons below: 1) bathroom with tub: there is no curtain or something that prevents water from escaping every time you take a shower .... this means that the bathroom remains completely flooded every time 2) very noisy air conditioning 3) uncomfortable beds On the positive side, I reiterate the value for money and the location (also excellent parking at 10 euros per day) Overall the room is clean I recommend it to those who want to stay on a budget

Mi hanno creato disagio con medicinali, una cosa inammissibile in una struttura che si spaccia per 4 stelle. Il direttore ha prima promesso di attivarsi per rimediare a quanto accaduto per rimangiarsi 5 minuti dopo la parola data. Sono dovuta uscire dall' hotel con un bambino piccolo per reperire a tarda sera il medicinale che non era stato più alla temperatura adeguata grazie a loro che mi hanno staccato il frigobar a mia insaputa. La ragazza saccente della portineria ha addirittura esordito dicendomi in malo modo che non l' avevo informata riguardo cose in frigo. In tanti anni di lavoro in hotel non ho mai chiesto a nessun ospite di dichiarare quanto lasciato nel minibar ed in seguito a disagi ho sempre prontamente trovato modo di evitare disagi al cliente e porre rimedio. Pessimi,peccato perché la struttura ha un ottimo potenziale, andrebbe sicuramente rivista la parte materassi, cuscini orrendi, personale incommentabile, gestione pessima. Si salverebbero per l'ampiezza delle stanze, ma trovare la doccia sporca proprio non transigo. Altrove sicuramente sarebbe stata la scelta giusta

Pproprietario Davide persona molto disponibile il perrsonale molto gentile servizio eccellente frigo bar in camera gratuito anche comebtutto il servizio che é h 24. Il b/b é in un palazzo in stile,le stanze sono un pò datate ma molto pulite, biancheria pulita tutti i giorni posizione ottima, possibilitá di parcheggiare l'auto che posso dire se non consigliatissimo.
