Pros : large enough shower. Location is great.
Cons : definitely a room that had been smoked in. The hot water takes an eternity to get there. Smaller than single mattress that sloped to the side. Neighbour kept his tv on all night and was probably on the verge of coughing up a lung. Barely slept for three nights.

The location was terrible, there is a lot of noise during the night and it’s not safe to walk near the hotel.
After midnight they close the main door and you can’t enter in the hotel.
The breakfast was included in the price but you have to leave before 8am they don’t give you it, not even take away.

The location is really convenient for anyone traveling by train, but the only problem is the environment does not look very safe around. But the staff are so nice and patient. Really appreciate their help and guidance for my trip in Genova.

Had a problem with payment, although had paid before arriving. Was asked to pay again which was thankfully sorted by trip.com. But still was very unsettling as i had checked in but when i returned back to the hotel at 2100 hrs the reception tells me my payment didn't go through . So was a lot of back and forth between trip, hotel and self for more than a hour in the lobby and my phone battery almost dying.

Single room No. 1, great experience! Please refer to the photos in the room
It's close to the train station and can be reached within 5 minutes on foot! It is very convenient for tourists who come to travel by train. The check-in counter is on the second floor. Just go to the counter upstairs to check in when you see the sign. Provide photos of the interior of the room for reference. Room 2 is under renovation (meaning that the owner is reorganizing and taking care of the house). There is a kettle, refrigerator, central heating, and tea bags, toiletries, and towels are also provided! You have to wait a while for hot water to take a shower (maybe it was the first time I took a shower and it took a long time for it to get hot)
The streets are partly bright, but Genova is actually full of streets and alleys! This is the atmosphere! Don’t worry too much~ But as the comments said, there may be African-American refugees coming to this area, so you still need to be more careful (I also saw two or three police officers on the roadside checking again)
