"環境：地理位置很不錯，周圍10分鐘之內有地鐵站；樓下便是家樂福超市，還有一家中國超市。附近的餐廳很多，不過我沒有嘗試味道。 設施：首先，我預訂的是最昂貴的房型，酒店給我的房間裏設施很多都是壞的：空調無法啟用，浴室裏的洗手枱的水龍頭會向前方噴水，打濕胸前的衣服即袖子。基於此，酒店給我更換了一個普通的基礎房型，在多次磋商後，前台承諾對房型降級造成的差價進行退款，但是直到今天，我還沒有收到酒店承諾的退款。其次，酒店的床墊非常軟且塌陷，對於我個人來説，是一種折磨。 衞生：酒店的衞生還不錯，值得讚揚。 服務：首先，前台的工作人員很有禮貌，雖然針對換房導致的退款問題有爭論，但是最終她們給了比較合理的解決方案，衹是我仍然在等待退款到賬。其次，酒店的早餐，在9:30去餐廳吃飯的時候，一些烘培麪點就不再提供，比如3天之中，2天我沒有吃到我喜歡的瑪德琳蛋糕，也衹有第一天提供了雞蛋，後面2天都沒有提供雞蛋。最後，給大家提個醒：酒店不提供一次性拖鞋。 總的來説，你獲得的和付款的相對其他酒店來説，是不成正比的，有一點點不值得。畢竟，床是一個酒店的靈魂，品質太差的床墊讓人睡不好。"
