Very helpful reception staff. Gave us directions to nearest bus stop and metro. We were there during the Paris olympics so transport to and from the venues was important. The hotel was quiet and the bedrooms were spotless. The organisation of breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed for 3 nights. on two of the mornings there was no bread, croissants, pastries, scrambled eggs/bacon out on display. No one seemed to come out and check if items needed to be replenished regularly. We waited patiently for 10-15 minutes and then I had to go to the Reception desk two mornings in a row to ask them to try and sort it out. This felt very awkward. There was a further 20 minute wait while the kitchen prepared all of the above. We were trying to get out the door to travel to the Olympics so this was not great in terms of service.

Disappointing experience, located in a multi-ethnic neighborhood (indicated on the internet to avoid) returning from the city center in the evening hours could be a problem, the rooms are reduced to the essentials with smelly carpet. Uncovered parking at the back of the hotel for a fee. At the same price you can find hotels in the city center with a much higher quality!!!

We stayed 4 nights for work but also with family. The staff was very pleasant. The room is certainly small but clean and the environment calm. We had a huge bathroom because it was the room adapted to the wheelchair. Excellent very complete breakfast (egg, bacon, pastries ...). Closed parking for 9.50 per night, a big plus in this area! Possibility to leave luggage in concierge. 5 min from metro line 13 to reach Paris.

Regarding the room, approximate cleaning, the documentation in the room had sticky drips, the remote control was dirty. Burn on the carpet and it has not seen a shampooer for a long time!!! There were lots of slats missing from the bed which is a disaster in terms of comfort. The duvet cover had a stain. Breakfast overall good and varied. The fruit salad had not been renewed from the day before it was so stinging and inedible. The reception staff is pleasant and attentive. Private parking appreciated. The prices are correct for the area.

Unorganisiert, dreckig, Schlafsofa fehlte, keine Bettwäsche usw. Frühstück ungenügend es fehlt an allem! Lift war einen ganzen Tag defekt! Personal zwar nett aber unterbesetzt! Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Daher ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.
