酒店大廳不是不很大但是很温馨，進門有照片牆和老物件，都是記錄老林區採伐和運輸的有懷念感，前台工作人員還給講述一遍.很熱心總體還可以

根河很小，位置不算偏也不算市中心地帶。沒有提供歡迎水果，晚上大約 8 點左右到的沒有人給提供，10 點多回到店裡主動詢問説太晚了沒有了。服務人員態度普普通通，談不上好還是不好。根河沒有大酒店，規模來説這家就算過得去吧。
