天鵝湖酒店的位置很方便，離濕地公園很近，步行幾分鐘就到，出酒店左手邊過一個路口，就是當地的早餐攤點，餌絲米線包子都有，價格實在，口味很贊。酒店的裝修都是傣族風格，酒店很大，前台給我的第一個房間有很大的煙味，和前台説了後，馬上給換了個房間，服務很贊。

服務：發現血漬後打電話喊人換 前台態度冷淡 換了個保潔更換
環境：周圍環境還行 但衹是外表看着高端🤦

壞境一流，房間光明乾淨，前台服務和客房服務員非常熱情禮貌，值得推薦和反覆光臨的酒店。

有點政府招待所的感覺，大堂很氣派
吃早餐的地方有點簡陋…

放假和朋友一起開電競房開黑，感覺非常好，很有氣氛電腦配置應該也很高，玩起來非常流暢，房間很大有兩個房間。早餐自助的品種豐富。性價比很高。下次還會來住！

套房很具性價比，但衞生還是可以再改善的，也在隔壁金孔雀體驗了幾晚，停車場不如這邊大，但是拖鞋用料會比這裏好
