I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.

Everything was perfect, from the impeccable service to the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were modern and well maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the main tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return there during my next stay.

What a fabulous city, gorgeous hotel central to the main sights so clean no rubbish no dog dirt , great food service and friendly locals Geneva has a wonderful tourist travel card all trams buses and the train that goes directly to the airport are included you need to be aware that there is a tourist tax to pay around 9 Swiss francs per person, well worth it

I frequently visit Geneva, and usually stay around the Cornavin Station. This time I booked a room in the Novotel Suites as I found a good online deal, and was more than pleasantly surprised. - Location: a bit outside the city center, between the airport and the center, but easy to be reached by bus. Coming from the airport, you take Bus 10, and get off at the Balexert stop. The hotel is at 50m. Similarly, bus 10 brings you to the city center (10min). Across the street is a shopping center (Balexert) with shops, restaurants, cinemas. - The Hotel: It is a 4 star property (It shares the building with Ibis), but it is not ”overly luxurious”. But everything works well, and is solid swiss quality. There is a restaurant (Swiss cuisine) in the building, and a parking. There is a nice terrace in the back to have a drink when the weather is good. Staff are very friendly. Free copy of the New York Times and the China Daily. (I did not have breakfast). As with all hotels in Geneva, you get a free card to ride public transport. - The Room: very comfy bed, good WIFI, all clean and well organized. But the most impressive is the size of the room: it is at least double the size of a standard room in Geneva. My room had besides a double bed, another single bed (hence 3 people could easily fit), a large table with two chairs, a microwave, mini fridge, water heater. Of course en suite bathroom. And AC, which is rare in Europe. Curtains kept the light out very well. Only drawback: you could not open the windows. - In summary: an excellent choice, especially if you want a larger-than-usual room, want airconditioning, need a parking and/or are travelling with several people who want to share a room.

Structure located about seven minutes by taxi from the airport and outside the center however easily reachable with trams 14 and 18 taking both 50 metres from the hotel and with only 15 minutes bring you to the full Bel Air stop center from where you can It is already at the foot of the historic centre and the lake, and the structure is renovated by restructuring, but I think it is very disorganized and certainly needs to be improved in many respects. The rooms are more than comfortable with king size double bed, unfortunately not in Italian but with sack-size peelings. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower where bidet is obviously absent, a large bathroom with a 4-star big shiabat is missing and there are no drinks in the refrigerator except a bottle of water that can be found on the table at the arrival. Unfortunately, they left to wish cleaning and worse the second day they had not even made the room to clean it (in 10 minutes!!!) on ns request around 18.00 and I leave room for imagination on the level of cleaning made. Breakfast is both sweet and saloon-acceptable and with a variety of proposals. We found a boy who was also speaking Italian very propens to give information, friendly and also available in the breakfast room. Check In and Check Out too slow and yet with few people waiting for this due to the presence of one operator, a situation that we also noticed in the tours of the so-called stay. I think it is a good solution for those who want to spend much less than the facilities in the centre, even for the simple and fast connection to the tram this latter how buses can be used entirely free by making themselves the reception tickets worth all the stay Vs.

This is really close to the airport and easy to get to on foot even with snowboard bags and suitcases! We used for an overnight stay before travelling onto final destination. It was exactly what we expected for the cost. The room was tiny, but clean and functional. We had a double bed with a single bunk over, clever use of the space. Our only complaint is that it was incredibly hot with no way of cooling other than opening the window, which slightly cooled, but you are right next to the airport so there are obviously numerous noises. There was air con gauge on the wall, but it didn’t work. It was unseasonably warm so maybe the heating for the building just hadn’t adjusted? The heater in the room was off, but the whole building appeared to be hot. Would recommend for short overnight stay if using airport.

The hotel is clean, well located, friendly staff. The room is not spacious but sufficient for 1 or 2 people who only pass the night. The bathroom is well equipped. The breakfast is a perfect continental buffet and represents this kind of hotel. Two bemols: - it would be really important to offer cut bread. It is not quite assertive that every client takes the bread to cut it. This shocks even more in the health context but independently of the virus of the moment it is not hygienic. - une réception ouverte 24/24 serait plus rassurante qu'un système de carte magnétique pour débloquer tous les accès (porte d'entrée, accès à l'ascenseur ou escalier) sans possibilité de faire appel à quelqu'un si défaillance (j'ai posé la question). Les tarifs sont néanmoins élevés, il faudrait engager du personnel et ne pas penser uniquement au profit des actionnaires.

Probably the best place to stay in ferney. Ping pong, volley, pool and piano make it great for kids. Laundry and kitchen facilities.
Only gripe was no room service during stay unless you stay for more than a week. After 4 nights our room definitely needed a clean… I would suggest rooms should be freshened every 3 days…

I stayed there for 2 nights where I was on business trip in Geneva. The staff by the reception were rude and not service-minded. There is no wine opener in the room. So I went down to reception to borrow one. The staff told me he could not let me take it and I have to bring the bottle down and open it there! It was such a humiliating experience. The staff were slow and sloppy. The facilities was poor. The room is very small and has only bed, a small table and a chair. No hairdryer, no ironing board, no bottle opener, no cups or glass. It was very expensive comparing what I got. The location is not convenient. It is in the middle of nowhere. The grocery store nearby closes early.

The room was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed. We booked a couples massage which due to unforeseen absence of one of the masseurs was not possible but the staff did their best to make up for it and handled it in the best way possible, also upgraded our room. The single massage itself was average and the wellness area much smaller and less equipped as expected but i guess it’s still the best possible for such a small place. The area itself is very quiet, perfect for walking or cycling in the silence. The view from the room was unfortunately quite dull due to the renovation of the pool. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant is great. Overall, we were happy with our stay despite the circumstances, the staff is doing their best.

My room at the eighth floor an impressive view of Geneva the water jet the Alps of pure happiness Cerise on the cake the rich and varied breakfast Swiss and high quality products and Bio I will quote Maylick and Noémie to the small care. GGuest UserI liked this hotel. Good location, 7 minutes or so from the central train station (which we walked to every day) and 2 blocks from Lake Geneva. It is is the ”new” part of town, not Old Town, but it was simple to get to the old part of town--we walked over there twice, including return in the evening after dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very modern feel, and the room was a good sized compared to what we’ve seen in other European cities (but it was also a bit more expensive). Breakfast was good. Three choices: Continental, Buffet without eggs and hot food, and Full Buffet. Not cheap but consistent with the prices we’ve seen in other hotels. No U.S. plugs; didn’t expect them. We didn’t have an ironing board in our room, but upon request, one was quickly brought to us, and we kept it throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, 4 pillows, but as in many northern European hotels, only a comforter, no top sheet. It's possible we could have gotten one upon request--I didn't try. Our room did have a table and two chairs, as well as a nice TV, which we didn’t use, so can’t really report on that. We were on the 5th floor, room 58. The only issue with this room is that it is in kind of a dormer, I think; on my (6’3”) husband’s side of the bed, the ceiling sloped down low so that if he wasn’t paying attention, he would hit his head when he stood up. Also, as a dormer, the window is small, but that really didn’t matter to us. The A/C worked. The room had an interesting design. The toilet was in a separate room with a sink. The closet was in the entry, across from the bar; it was not large but did have several open shelves you could use. There was coffee, tea and water and a small number of snacks available. The bathroom (other than toilet), including the large shower, was open to the bedroom; however, there were “partition” type door/walls you could use when you were talking a shower for privacy and warmth. I hadn't seen anything like it. It’s a little hard to explain, but it made the room feel a little bigger, while allowing plenty of privacy while showering. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel was chosen because we needed a garage, because we were in car and it was the best hotel we could get near the center. The room was very large for triple suit, and breakfast was very good, and it also had a good bar service. We had a problem with our room because it was morning for trucks on the street and they make a huge load and discharge noise. Then I suggest room not to be returned to the rue du Monthoux, which has drawn attention to the good hotel management by Mr Nicolas Goureau, General Manager, who always worried that you had a good stay.

BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.

GGuest UserThe following is my view and observation of the Nash Suites Geneva where we recently stayed Positives Hotel Location - Great (5 mins from the airport and a regular shuttle) Hotel Staff - Very polite, courteous and helpful. Terry at breakfast was a legend Hotel Cleanliness - Excellent cannot fault. Room was tidied and replenished each day Hotel Shuttle - always on time and all drivers were great. Thank you All rooms have a window shutter, being so close to the airport means this stops the extra light and noise and you get a great nights sleep Negatives - I only have two pieces of advice for the hotel Breakfast - the only thing that stopped me giving them a 10/10. Nothing was labelled (my daughter is vegetarian) There was limited choice And what was on display was cold (even though food was kept in a closed heat tray, i don't think they were on or working as any item taken from it was cold. Breakfast is the most important part of the day as it sets you up the for the long day ahead. But after paying 20 Swiss Francs we were most disappointed. The hotel serves it from 05.30 am to 10.30 am but the lack of choice and cold food was a real let down hence my score of 8/10 as opposed to 10/10 If a would be customer emails you with questions please respond as soon as possible and fully answer all questions. Travellers Notes Airport Shuttle is located literally just outside Arrivals. Walk out the main airport doors and its 100 meters ahead just slightly to your right or left. The Airport does sign post it well If you want to make your way from the Hotel to the town catch the No. 10 Bus which is about 250 meters from the Hotel. on the right hand side outside the Crown Plaza Hotel - Stop De Longville. The hotel should provide you with a QR code which gives you free travel throughout the city on public vehicles Limited choice for food in the area. We had to make do with a small cafe 500 yards from the hotel or a petrol station next to it that had basic supplies or went to and back to the Airport for food (using free hotel shuttle) However, i would still strongly recommend this hotel

GGuest UserSolid hotel less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Lake. Rooms were comfortable and spacious but very dark. Somewhat difficult to make your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The lights in the hallway are on motion sensor making it even darker in your room. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had drinks in the bar which were very good! Try the mojito. Yes the mojito in Geneva was one of the best!! Kudos to the bartender (wish I could remember his name). Nice place to stay in Geneva.

Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. GGuest UserI stay at room 102 and 106 this time . Different room coz I stay different time. Review from Singaporean who stay 23-25 Aug 22 and 1 -4 Sep 22. First time stay this aparthotel. I love the spacious room . Individual toilet with bath tub. Another individual room for the well equipped kitchen with microwave. Water cooker jar, bigger than normal fridge with freezer and the various plates, bowls, scissor, spatula etc. easy to make something simple for eating or drinking . They do not provide toothbrush and daily cleaning but you can approach them to change out the floormat , towels, etc in the morning . No issue at all. Bed wise was comfortable. Pillow abit small though . Haha. Have a small table with 2 chair for meals . Have a dressing table with chair in the room . The rooms and some doors do show sign of age and wear and tear but no issue as I not staying long term alao and it still works wells It’s feels homely . The reception personnel was super friendly . I love the night time reception guys. Super nice . Hotel is near to the lake and many eateries . Also near to red light district of Geneva . But no worries as the girls will not disturb you much unless you alone (guy) walking . But I walk alone many times also no issue . For the price , location , the facilities . This aparthotel is not to be missed . Try it .

GGuest UserThis hotel is very well located in the center of Geneva close to train station Gare Cornavin and the Lake of Geneva with the Jet d'Eau. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spaciuos and clean. Breakfast is sufficient with 3-4 types of bread, cheese, eggs, fruit and coffee. Lot of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops in the neighbourhood. Room had a safe.
