Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies.
