Over 35 wineries within a 30 minute drive and even a shuttle service that will pick you up at the front door with prior reservations.
The famous Geneva on the Lake Strip with Eddie's Grill and Madsen Donuts is just a 5 minute drive. Bridge Street in Ashtabula Harbor is 15 minutes away and home to great restaurants like Briquettes, Rennicks, HilMaks and Bascules.
An hours drive to Cleveland and the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Indians, Cavaliers and Browns games and the Cleveland Science Center. And less than 3 hours to Cedar Point or Niagara Falls.

Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.
Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.
Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.
Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.
Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.
Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.
Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.
Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow.
*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls.
*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.
*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.
Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:
*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.
*Clean up trash when leaving beach.
*Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.
*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.
Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.
*No unsupervised swimming.
*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.
*No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool
*No glass in pool area.
*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.
Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. The location was excellent. The condo itself was spotless and very well equipped. Our issue was with the lack of cleanliness on the outside of the building. There were so many spider webs on the windows, screens, doorwall, and ceiling of the balcony . We could not sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the great view. In addition, the window by the inside dining area was filled with nasty spider webs. I understand that this is a lake property and this is hard to control but we have stayed in lake properties before on Lake Erie and never encountered this. I felt like it had not been cleaned in months. We met Debbie on our check out day and she apologized and basically said this was lake living. But when she later went into the unit to clean, she admitted it was pretty bad. She said we should have contacted her and she would have cleaned it, but I feel like this should have been addressed before we moved in. Other than that, it is a great unit. Perhaps the owners need to see whether the building maintenance people are doing their job. Never saw one maintenance person in our 4 day stay.

This was my second time staying there and i just love it. It is so beautiful and peaceful. My husband and daughter enjoyed it so much that they can't wait for us to go again. The apartment is always super clean and has everything we need. ***** is just a short drive. There is lots to do. Thank you for allowing us to stay again. We definitely will be back again. Thank you

Why would we stay anywhere else!!!
For the money we paid and the amenities included I really believe we couldn’t do any better. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The first evening the 4 of us enjoyed a bottle of local wine while watching the sunset on the balcony facing the lake. Relaxing? Yes!Convenient? Yes! Beautiful? Yes! Will we stay here again? Absolutely!
