I am logging FIVE STARS for the considerate customer service I just received from this resort. I had a reservation for this upcoming weekend but had to cancel today due to needing an unplanned medical procedure tomorrow. Despite the fact that I was well past the cancellation deadline, the management accommodated my need to cancel. Yes, they were more likely to help since they will definitely fill the reservation this holiday weekend. But in a world where most companies would just tell you to go pound salt, this one did the right thing.
