Everything was perfect, from the impeccable service to the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were modern and well maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the main tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return there during my next stay.

What a fabulous city, gorgeous hotel central to the main sights so clean no rubbish no dog dirt , great food service and friendly locals Geneva has a wonderful tourist travel card all trams buses and the train that goes directly to the airport are included you need to be aware that there is a tourist tax to pay around 9 Swiss francs per person, well worth it

Comment un rel établissement peut-il afficher des étoiles et des termes comme ”” Diplomate ”” . Nous avons réservé une suite pour une nuit le samedi 22/10. Aucune clé magnétique n'a fonctionné , le réceptionniste nous à ouvert à chaque fois. Une ”” Suite”” qui est une chambre classique avec une alcôve et un canapé , salle de bain minuscule entassant baignoire ( très sale à notre arrivée .. voir photo .... impensable !!! ) lavabo et WC dans 6 m2. Un rideau de douche plastique qui normalement n existe plus dans la plupart des hôtels standards qui sont passés au pare douche en verre décoratif. Un lit refait avec des draps déchirés... il faut quand même le faire .!!!! Voir photo. Un parking facturé 32FCH pour garer votre voiture au beau milieu d'un champ de détritus... ( voir photo). Dont un box ouvert servant de décharge .... 4 🌟 je vous rappelle. !! Du mobilier suranné et sans valeur décorative en piteux état ( voir photo ). Des bouteilles vides au milieu des couloirs. ( cette bouteille .. photo.. est restée la de 16H jusqu'à notre départ 10 h le lendemain ) Hôtel très bruyant double vitrage d'un autre siècle inopérant. La clim HS .. bien évidemment. Pas de kit d'accueil dans la suite , pas de bouteille d'eau offerte ni bouilloire.. ni thé ..ni rien de conventionnel en matière de présentation. Pas d'adaptateur électrique pour les prises françaises ( la plupart des hôtels Genevois y ont pensé). Pas d'accompagnement à l'arrivée jusqu'à notre chambre , prise en charge des bagages etc .... un minimum dans l'hôtellerie . Si vous recherchez dans l'hôtellerie un professionnalisme , un sens de l accueil , du confort , de la propreté , , du respect du client .... vous n'êtes pas à la bonne adresse . Le seul point positif : vous convaincre d'aller ailleurs.

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

Best location if you are willing to catch an early train at Geneva Airport, clean bed and toilet facilities to let you relax and recover quickly if you are taking a long trip.

Probably the best place to stay in ferney. Ping pong, volley, pool and piano make it great for kids. Laundry and kitchen facilities. Only gripe was no room service during stay unless you stay for more than a week. After 4 nights our room definitely needed a clean… I would suggest rooms should be freshened every 3 days…

The hotel is clean, well located, friendly staff. The room is not spacious but sufficient for 1 or 2 people who only pass the night. The bathroom is well equipped. The breakfast is a perfect continental buffet and represents this kind of hotel. Two bemols: - it would be really important to offer cut bread. It is not quite assertive that every client takes the bread to cut it. This shocks even more in the health context but independently of the virus of the moment it is not hygienic. - une réception ouverte 24/24 serait plus rassurante qu'un système de carte magnétique pour débloquer tous les accès (porte d'entrée, accès à l'ascenseur ou escalier) sans possibilité de faire appel à quelqu'un si défaillance (j'ai posé la question). Les tarifs sont néanmoins élevés, il faudrait ​​engager du personnel et ne pas penser uniquement au profit des actionnaires.

The hotel is around a 15 minute drive from the airport. The views from the room were very pretty. The room was large, with a bath. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is on the landing path to the airport, so some aircraft noise can be heard. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't send check-in information. We arrived late on a very rainy night. We couldn't see any signs to the underground parking. We called and they explained that we need to take a ticket from the machine and park in the shopping center -4. There we didn't notice that there are two elevators - one that leads outside to the outdoor entrance (no roof...), and the other that leads directly into the hotel. They could have saved some aggravation by simply sending in advance how to reach the hotel. The staff were very nice.

Fantastic new hotel - this hidden gem is so close to the airport and offers space age design. The rooms are super and the staff extremely friendly. Great restaurant with delicious food and so reasonably priced! By far the best hotel option in the area. They are also opening a conference centre for meetings and events! Great views of the lake and mountains. Also close to summer mountain biking and hiking spots! Well done to the managers at Yotel for this great hotel!
