"Very good stay exceeded my expectations. Very close to geneva airport and 15 mins to city center with the tram. Will stay here again if i ever visit geneva again!"
"The location is excellent and super convenient, literally just steps away from the lake! The facilities are complete, everything is spotlessly clean, and it's wonderfully quiet. The front desk service was also top-notch. This is definitely my go-to hotel for both business and leisure trips, especially since you can cook your own meals here."
"Excellent location, right opposite to Geneva station. Allow early checkin, very nice services from staff. Room is clean and new. Great washroom setup and accessories. Suitable for business travellers too, will definitely book again next time."
"I recently stayed at Novotel Genève Centre and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, close to Lake Geneva and major attractions. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a seamless experience. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers !"
"The location is extremely great. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Super convenient. And there are convenience stores, supermarkets, eaterie,s etc in the train station, super convenient. The hotel is clean & bright. The staff are courteous and helpful. The check out time can be extended to 12noon. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean with sufficient amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel."
"The hotel and room were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only little minus, it's right in the red light district but, it's very central in Geneva and very convenient for the train station with a five minutes walk. All in all, a great experience and a recommendation. I would stay there again if visiting Geneva. The check in staff was very helpful and efficient."
"The room was spotless, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes from the airport via a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes. What's more, the hotel provided a complimentary public transport card, which saved us all our local travel expenses!"
"It was a good stay, as we can prepare simple breakfast. They even prepared the sofa bed so that we can sleep comfortably. The AC didn’t work initially but after we checked with receptionist we managed to on it. The toilet has half covered glass which makes the water splash out and wet the floor of the whole bathroom, we have to be extra careful as we have a child with us. Slippery toilets are pretty dangerous. Otherwise all great."
"We traveled from Geneva Airport, there is free shuttle service provided. Just wait outside the arrival exit, u can catch the shuttle bus.
It is very near to the airport yet not fair from the city centre. The hotel provides City pass to its guests who pay city tax, with the pass, we can take tram/bus/train within the Geneva City.
Our visit to Geneva this time is mainly to attend the Watches and Wonders even 2025, which the bus stop of the shuttle bus to Palexpo is just around the corner.
The hotel is new and clean, same as most of the Switzerland hotel, they don't provide slippers as shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
We bought the breakfast, it is not much variety but taste good, simple be nice."
"Super great location, right next to the train station and it’s the centre of Geneva. Helpful staff and the cafe there is super nice. The only thing is I have already requested a room facing inward but still the noise from the traffic is loud since early morning."

Great
GGuest UserEverything is pretty decent - clean room with decent space and friendly front desk that speak perfect English. The location is not very ideal for tourists, but it has a bus stop just downstairs of the hotel.
GGuest UserIt was very unclear where the airport pick-up point actually was when you come out of the building. All they told me on the phone was that it's terminal 1, gate 3 and a black van. Well if they had elaborated and explained that you go past the taxi ranks to the coach pick-up section, that would have been far less stressful at 11pm. Once there, there was indeed a black van with the 'Nash' branding on the side which arrived in 10 minutes. A short ride away (5 mins) and we got dropped off at the hotel. Late check-in is at the reception desk in the airport hotel next door. For some reason, the lift in the hotel next to reception wasn't working (myself and another guest tried to get it to work) - meanwhile some hotel employee was on the phone in the room next door. I then had to carry my 23kg bag fortunately up just one flight of stairs, but this would be an issue for other guests with limited mobility. Transfer back to the airport the next morning was pretty smooth. In summary, clearer instructions around the pick-up and a working lift would have improved the experience, but it was still perfectly adequate and convenient for an early morning flight at 7am.
GGuest UserManagement please check this review and travellers please watch out!!!
A nice clean hotel with great restaurant which made me feel like home. Closed to the airport though location is a bit difficult for me to walk to the airport, but they have nice shuttle service to take guests from/to the airport. In my mind, I praised it was the best airport hotel I was staying ever, and they deserved a great review. (that was what I felt at the beginning).
With the reasons above I had extended to stay one more night to check out on 12 May 2025 when I could easily move to the hotel in front of it for the extra day (Nash Suites airport hotel) with cheaper price. I chose to stay.
I Got Really Upset And Disappointed when a box of Chocolate in my room got lost. I have pictures attached here in the review!!! Chocolates in Switzerland are very unique, and I intentionally went to Sweetzerland (a chocolate boutique) on Saturday to purchase two boxes for my friends in the Netherlands because Sweetzerland closes on Sunday. One box cost me CHF 22. On Sunday May 11, I went out till the evening around 6pm. As soon as I got back to the room, I realized one box of my chocolates was gone but left me the white gift wrap. I immediately went down to report to the receptionist. The one I first talked to was nice. She seemed willing to help solve the problems. She referred me to talk to another receptionist, her colleague but the lady she referred wasn’t available at that time. She asked me to go talk later again.
When I did, the second receptionist said all the managers, and house keeping they needed to talk to left because it was after 6pm. I asked her to call them. She said that was impossible. So, verfication wasn’t successful. Instead, she asked me to leave my contact number in Europe and email address because I was gonna check out the next morning 4 am. She claimed by the next morning 4:30 am after they talked, they would come up with a solution and would contact me. I waited for two full days, and no call or email received. This IGNORANCE shouldn’t be done. This considers BAD SERVICE!!! This shows that you don’t care about short stay travellers. How unsafe the guests would feel??? Now, it has come to the point that I was complaining about losing one chocolate box to complaining about bad manner of the receptionist! There were 3 receptionists that evening, she was the second lady who sat down in the middle with longer face shape. It happened on May 11 evening, and my room number was 311.
Management Please check and take this action seriously!!! Don’t let the act and services of those ladies ruined your hotel’s reputation. It was supposed to be a great 5 stars hotel but it ended up as one star. It is a shame to let the reputation go down this way. Our family also ran a hotel in our home county, so I deeply take sympathy on you and want you to know!!! PLEASE Definitely Check and Verify!!! Don’t make your guests feel like you don’t care especially for those overseas guests who go and do a short stay.
It is not the value of a box of chocolate matters, it is about housekeeping lady’s behavior and the ignorance of the receptionist!!! What if I left my other stuffs unlocked in the luggage on that evening?!? She probably would take something important on that luggage too.
Please You Should Check with the housekeeper and the receptionist on that day!!!!!!
GGuest UserWe booked a triple room but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite on the top (5th) floor. It featured a spacious outdoor terrace directly facing Lake Geneva, with panoramic views of Mont Blanc in the distance. If you're planning to book this hotel, I highly recommend requesting room 570 or 571. While other rooms on the 5th floor also have outdoor terraces, they offer only a side view of the lake. The facilities, however, were just average. The air conditioning, in particular, was very weak. Given the recent heatwave in Europe, the inadequate AC made our stay quite uncomfortable.
TtheminimeThe location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station.
Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it!
Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes.
Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me.
All in all, I had a really pleasant stay.
Thank you N’vy!
RReshmabanu SulemanMy favourite hostel after visiting 4 5 hostel in europe having good variety of breakfast but only problem there was no sausage or slices or chiken which is halal had to eat only vegetarian breakfast. It's having good location easy to access to public transport and near by tourism also had free transportation card which helped alot enjoyed the stay for sure will come back again to stay
GGuest UserExcellent location for the Geneva stadium with a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, supermarket and cinema/bowling alley. Great transport links to airport directly by bus within 35-40 min and into the centre.
Staff- friendly and efficient.
Toiletries provided but no lotion available.
Rooms clean and large enough.
Beds and pillows comfortable. Universal plug sockets and usb charging available in the room.
KKFManThe Ruby Claire Hotel is situated in central Geneva, very convenient to getting around especially for first time visitors. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Rafael, the staff who checked us in, recommended us a number of places of interest worth visiting, showed us the best way (transportation) to get around the city, and public transportation was free as offered by the hotel. Knowing that we’d be staying for three nights, he recommended us to take the “daily make up room service”, rather than the welcome drinks. Good advice! Self service coffee and teas were available for free from the “library” situated on each floor, 24/7. Highly recommended!

KKamalathaI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received.
I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
