It was a very friendly hotel and the location was great. It was perfect for a solo traveler like me, I highly recommend this hotel .

Upon arriving at the hotel, we did not find a receptionist, then he left one of the rooms and was apparently eating. At midnight around 12:30 am the man or woman who is staying above the room was knocking hard on the floor and then someone who we believe was the same man came down to knock on the door violently, the television was with a regular volume, which means that the rooms do not have sufficient noise insulation. The colors of the walls are super dark. The experience was not good.

Location location The best . You can walk For shopping , The tram STOP just opposite the hotel. Thank you so much Mr.SEB , was really helpful for my travel pass and also advised on room facilities , help us to check in early. Truly appreciate it. Definitely will stay here.citizenM Genève

Sudden business trip to Geneva and happened to stay in this hotel. Great Location with excellent service. Just rate is relative high compared with other hotels. If good rate, definitely consider staying in this hotel during my next trip or vacation.

Water in the bar is expensive (11 euros for 2 bottles), although upon check-in they said it would be free.
Check-in and check-out are strictly on time - neither earlier nor later.
