5 mins walk from train station, and 3 mins walk to all famous streets and shopping centres, hotel staffs are very nice , allow you to check in early if room available, lots of Asian foods restaurants around there.

Staffs were very rude. Don’t know the meaning of hospitality at all. Location was good, and rooms were average as per the price we paid for.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Genève Centre. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Lake Geneva and the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. A perfect choice for a comfortable stay in Geneva!

When we checked in we asked whether, after we check out, we could leave our luggage with them since we didn't want to carry many luggage to Paris and the answer from the front lady with her careless eye was "NO, because we didn't have enough space". We were very sorry with the answer and hopelessly thought how we could deal with the problem. Luckily, on the day we checked out we met another front lady who was very kind and agreed to keep our luggage but we need to pay some charge. The room was ok except the toilet which were flooded all the time when we took a bath during our stay. We probably don't want to stay here again unless we have no choice.
