Traveling the other way from the kitchen, you'll come to the dining room and continue into the living room, with a working gas fireplace and TV, all with lake views. Take a seat and relax on the barrel chairs to read a book or sip a glass of local wine. Play a game or sit at the raised bar table enjoy outdoor views regardless of weather. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned for personal comfort and taste. The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed [joined twins with a luxury king toper], a walk-in closet, and a private deck looking out over Lake Erie for drinking that early morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine. From every bedroom, you can open your windows and sleep to the sounds of Lake Erie. Out back, enjoy both sunset and sunrise from your private deck or wander down the stairs to the lake shore, all within the property. It doesn't get any better. At the lake front you'll find a property wide concrete deck and steps into the water. You'll find gas and charcoal grills, tables, lounge and rocking chairs, all available to enjoy a relaxing day hanging out. Even a fire pit to relax in the evening at the lake. You won't need to worry about parking - the house comes with four parking spots. When you are ready to head to the strip, you don't have to wander far, you are there! At the end of Doctor's drive, you'll find yourself smack in the center of town, with options for food, entertainment, and fun just steps away. Two parks for the kids within walking distance.
