I really enjoyed my time there. I stayed there because it was close to the 5k that I had to run early morning. I didn't have to drive. Just walk to the event. All the staff were great!

This is my second stay here, heat is a hit or miss, shower doors don't close properly, the hot tub wasn't working. These were concerns my last stay too, but nobody seemed to care. I dont think you're getting what you pay for here.

Location was excellent with a view of the lake and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. As all of the hotels in the area were virtually empty, we chose this location for the pool and hot tub, which we were told were broken after we arrived. Spoke to the manager- made many excuses but no offer of any consolation. I understand things happen over which they have little control but it was handled poorly and left us feeling like we were just an inconvenience to them.

The stay was okay had issues with the refrigerator not working and food going bad, did report it to the front desk they said they sent someone to fix it but it was never fixed chair in room broken

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for visiting Hobart and William Smith. The bathroom was clean and the location was well-heated. It is on the less attractive edge of town right across from a dispensary and that felt a little sketchy. Fine for a basic 2-night stay. Affordable with an adequate breakfast.

For the amount you're paying i would exoect better. The door didn't close all the way, the heat didn't work properly. Not a bad experience, but it could have been better.

Nice short stay
The rooms were comfortable and the whirlpool was a nice break from the cold outside weather.
