The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. We recently stayed at Cool Martin Resort in Bacoor Cavite, from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the staff were attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, the facilities were good and well maintained. We stayed in a deluxe double room, it was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable. The owners are good hosts, answered all our questions and helped with directions. My husband and I felt very safe staying here and will definitely be returning in the future as we have family local.

This is a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The price is cheap too. However, the water pressure is weak and the Wi-Fi cuts out frequently. Sometimes there are bugs too. However, I definitely intend to visit again.

The room was cozy and clean. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. They also gave us complimentary cake and greeting for my bday celebration. The check in/out was fast. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We will surely come back. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our dining experience was one of the most memorable, considering the ambiance and the musical band served as the cherry on top. If you think good music and good food pair well together, then choosing to dine and stay at Vivere Hotel would be the right choice for you. Not to mention, the service was really great despite arriving on a busy Friday night. The servers never failed to greet us with a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed. All in all, I aim to come back with my friends another time as I really enjoyed my time there and Vivere Hotel's hospitality would definitely be one of the reasons why I'd choose them over any hotel in the south.

This hotel is my go-to hotel whenever my family wants to take a staycation. Apart from the location, it is also convenient because it is close to the mall, there are many places to eat in the mall. As always the staff are very accommodating. There is also a counter for online checkin. I had a problem during my time online check in but the staff was prompt to assist.

We had a lovely stay! Clean and tidy room, loved the ambiance but a few hotel anemties provided in the room, need to go to the front desk to get it. Also, lights of the room is quite dim. Great expercience! The staff was very helpful and their service was tremendous! The food was also superb. Would like to accomodate again in the near future~

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. Food breakfast was meh not so great. Parking always full but they have an extra parking space but need to walk far. We ordered 2 single beds in one room but only got 1 king size bed, apparently they “upgraded” us to a suite room but suite rooms dont offer separate beds. Overall a great experience still.
